I've had an all-in-all wonderful experience with the software, and it's even more amazing that it's free for me to use. Pros Great customer support, easy to use UI, and powerful tools that help me and my business seem competitve right out the gate. Invoices are easy to manage and track, and it's so empowering being able to send clients a way to pay me that comes across as simple and professional. Pros Fiver WorkSpace is an in for freelancers who want to manage all of their work related management tasks in one place to. I really like how simple it is to write invoices, proposals, and contracts with this software. Before I discovered, FiverWorkspace, contracts were particularly daunting and difficult to draft. It's also a lifesaver because it makes tracking and categorising spending so simple. Cons Fiver WorkSpace is just the kind of software what I was looking for and throughout the time that I have used it, I haven't came across anything about it that I don't like. December 18, 2018 5.0 AND CO is one of the first 3 tabs I open straight away in my browser (mail included) when I switch on my computer. Pros I love the fact that AND CO has been able to replace three separate apps! As a small business owner, I use a variety of tools for several things, but AND CO has now replaced my Trello boards, my Invoicely invoicing, and my Toggl time keeping. Basically, all you'd need is a robust CRM and you've pretty much replaced everything! The app is also brilliant! Cons I really don't know what else I'd need in AND CO. Pros It really helped us during COVID times, offering our services even outside of our country, allowing us to keep our business going smoothly. Cons Fiverr takes a 20% commission on the total amount of the payment, which could be okay, if we hadn't also to pay a fee when transferring founds to our bank/paypal account. We used to use it before they downgraded all the free accounts. Pros And Co is very easy to set up and use and does cut down on the time it takes to send out invoices. It also has nice graphs that show how much you are earning. Cons There were some key features I felt it was missing and it doesn't integrate into other software the way that quickbooks does. Also the free package used to be a lot more useful but has since been seriously downgraded. The app was great when I started, but it seems like new features are added or improved constantly. Interaction is super smooth and honestly pretty dope to use. Saved a lot of hours invoicing/expensing/generally getting my work organized on this thing. Definitely plan on continuing! Pros Probably the interaction. Also really enjoy the support provided in the app. The person I have is really quick in responding and helpful. Identified some tax deductibles I hadn't spotted! Cons Would like reconciliation to be a little smarter. Being able to use multiple currencies would be helpful for me since I travel a ton but don't know if that's a common use. I'm not a heavy user, but as I'm growing up in the business it's good to have a trusty solution that is light, beautiful and actively developed. Pros It's very easy to use if you just want to do some quick invoices and payment control, but it has a TON of more advanced features if you really want to dig deeper. The Costumer Support is amazing, with replies coming in a few minutes to a few hours and the CO's are eager to send the developers good suggestions that may arise. Plus, it's free. Cons Changes come without warning, a devlog or a beta channel would be welcome. Even using the software every day I find some new functionalities that I don't totally understand or find that some functionalities I was used to have been put to sleep. Overall the changes are for the good and the devs listen activelly, so it's not a great problem. Sometimes I wish the invoices and proposal were a bit more customizable. Pros What I like most is that they keep adding new features so the software is constantly improving and slowly getting there. Cons I started using it when it was still free and then they switched to a paid pro version, unexpectedly. The free option was still available but only for 1 client. At that point, we had too much data in the system to go back and the price seemed quite high for what they were offering at the time. With all the added features, the price seems more appropriate now. Pros I liked that it had a clock in/clock out function so I was able to track my hours through the app. Cons Some of the features were a bit clunky. For example, if you don't invoice through the actual app, it doesn't arrange your hours very nicely. I think it could create an invoice for you without having it directly invoice your clients. It not a striped down lite vesion of an accounting system for a large corporation. It works the way I work. Cons I would love to have a bit more flexibility in designing estimate and invoice templates but what they have is certainly serviceable. It would be nice to have a Past Due invoice template too. And the support is always prompt, friendly and usually has the right answers. Again, single invoices for multiple projects and hours is my only sticking point. I'd be willing to pay for that feature. Pros It's free, and despite that, it's pretty high-quality and feature-rich. Support is also really good. Cons As a freelancer, it's important to have the ability to consolidate billable hours and projects from a single client into one invoice. AndCo doesn't offer this feature and I've been asking for it since this app first came out, which is a little disappointing. I can't be the only one who needs this.
