My overall experience with Vista Social is excellent. The tool is user-friendly, the customer support is very fast and efficient. The integration is very stable and easy to use. I love how this tool shows messages, comments and mentions in realtime. And the automation is perfect for me as a social media manager who handles clients’ marketing campaigns across all social media platforms.

Pros

Vista Social is not just for publishing content on social media. It also offers marketing automation that many other social media tools do not provide. It automatically sends direct messages to users who comment on a post. I’ve been working with an e-commerce client, and we were using two different tools before for social media automation and publishing. This tool combines those two tools into one. It also offer a unique feature that can grow YouTube followers. Overall, this tool is excellent for social media managers with multiple clients.

Cons

I think Vista Social could improve its task feature and turn it into a full project management tool. As social media manager who handles many different clients, this improvement could help us streamline our work. But overall, Vista Social is highly recommended for people who needs effective social media marketing campaigns.

My overall experience with Vista Social as a Digital Marketing Specialist for more than 10 years handling multiple businesses and accounts across multiple platforms at a time, this is the platform that I would choose to use moving forward as it has proven to be the most efficient and effective.

Pros

I found that the inbox feature that Vista Social offers is more efficient that other platforms I have used in the past, seeing all my messages, comments and responses all in one inbox from my different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads is a big time saver. Their pricing is also very reasonable given the premium services they offer like their listening feature that most other SMM tools offer at a higher rate. The scheduling tool they offer with the ability to change and edit per platform makes it effective in catering to different markets that each platform carry. Editing of content via their scheduling tool makes it easy for content creation and task management with the ease of just one click. I trust that my accounts are secure with Vista Social as their customer support is very prompt and active when it comes to concerns about the product. Their reporting and analytics help me get a bird's eye view of our current competitors in the market.

Cons

For as long as I have been using Vista Social, I have yet something to find that I dislike. Moreso, I am looking forward to exploring the features that they have yet to release.

The product doesn't work on the first try because no photo is sent to Google. This shows me in the backend that a photo has been inserted, but it is not displayed in the Google my Business profile. When I try to contact support I get such an unprofessional and nonsensical answer that neither solves my problem nor fits my question. My query was then not answered at all. What a disastrous business. I deeply regret buying this.

As a content creator and social media manager handling multiple accounts, I used to find staying on top of everything exhausting. Between publishing content and monitoring engagement—whether it’s DMs, comments, or mentions—I had to juggle multiple tools and stay logged in for hours every day. What I love about Vista Social is that everything is centralized. Having the ability to see messages and mentions in real-time across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn within one inbox is a total game-changer. I’ve also started using the DM Automation to handle initial responses, which saves me a massive amount of time. The Social Listening feature is another standout; it’s usually a premium, high-cost tool on other platforms, but here it’s powerful and affordable. Finally, their customer support is outstanding. I love using Vista Social to manage different social media profiles, including posting, scheduling, and automation. The listening feature is also awesome. I especially love the webinar automation and the other automations because they let me manage everything in one single app instead of having to switch between different tools. It’s really handy. Overall, I like everything about it, and you can even add and edit lots of details within the platform. I also love the look and feel; it’s very user-friendly and easy to figure out. The initial setup and integration was super easy, and the tutorials are clear and simple to follow. It also has great customer support, which I think is quite important; they respond quickly.

Pros

I love that it offers a lot of features that other apps don't have, like automations, AI support, task management, and link-in-bio pages.

Cons

Just that some features take a bit to learn 100%, but they have tutorials which make it so easy to learn.

My experience is great! It is easy to use, inuitive, great design and all features i could think of are implemented.

Pros

I loved that there is far more than Just scheduling posts. With the listing feature i am always up to date with market relevant trends and i save a lot time with the feature of getting all messages and mentions in one place. The set-up was super easy and even the use feels intuitive, you still have some trial videos or you can reach out to the customer support.It really is a great all-in-one solution i don't wanna miss anymore.

Cons

To be honest, just the fact that i didnt use it earlier. I couldn't find something yet. Hopefully it stays with it's high quality and gets regular updates, than it's the perfect tool

The security of the social media is very protected by its features. The customer service is also approachable and can help you solve your problems in just a minute. I also like about Vista Social is when I can manage my task smoothly. You can also create content creation and manage it from the software.

Cons

We’ve shifted from Metricool to Vista Social and I’m really happy with the move. It’s straightforward, reliable, and makes managing multiple accounts so much easier. The unified inbox is a genuine time saver, the sentiment analysis is a bonus I didn’t know I needed, and the AI post writer keeps things moving on busy days. Pricing is great for a tool with this capability. The only small hiccup was that Brave didn’t play nicely, but switching to Firefox solved that instantly. Overall, Vista Social just works, and it’s become a solid part of our agency workflow.

Pros

We've been using Social Vista across our agency to wrangle multiple accounts and channels, and it's been a genuinely helpful addition to the toolkit. It handles Facebook, Insta and Linkedin without a fuss which keeps our workflows tidy and our teams sane. What I really appreciate is the unified inbox. Being able to reply to every message and comment straight from the platform is a small joy when you're juggling busy socials. The sentiment analysis is the cherry on top. It gives me a quick sense of how people are feeling before anything turns into a fire to put out. The pricing is another win. Compared to other tools in this league, Social Vista is incredibly reasonable, which matters when your're managing several brands at once. And I do love the AI post-writing feature. It's a great way to spark ideas or speed things up on days when the to-do list is longer than the coffee line. In short, it is practical to use and great value.

Cons

The only real hiccup I’ve had is browser-related. I use Brave as my main browser and Social Vista doesn’t seem to play nicely with it. I’m guessing that’s more to do with Brave’s privacy settings than the tool itself, but it does mean certain features don’t load properly. I switched over to Mozilla Firefox and everything works smoothly there, so it’s not a deal-breaker — just something to be aware of if you’re also a Brave loyalist.

Vista Social has some great tools for your duties as a social media manager. Starting with the basics, the content planner is very practical as it allows you to see what you are going to post before it is actually posted, and you can edit it and change the date just by dragging it. You can also share it in PDF format with your team without them needing to have a user account. What I liked most about this tool is that there are separate tabs for feeds, reels, and stories, which allows you to be more organized in your work. The unified inbox is also very interesting because it allows you to see all messages and mentions from all your connected social networks. If you want to filter by social network, you can do so. Also, if you notice a frequently asked question, you can create a template response for that question. If you also want to see the user's history, it allows you to see what conversations you've had with them in the past. The DM automation tool has been essential, as it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Pros

The automation DMs tool, since it allows you to have a constant conversation with leads, asking for details about them in order to qualify them. Depending on the objective of your campaign, whether it's driving traffic or increasing followers. What caught my attention the most is that you can indicate when or with what trigger you can start the automation, whether it's with a comment on a post or live, a direct message, or a story reply, and you can configure it depending on the social network. It's a revolutionary tool. What I like most is that it focuses on organic growth and providing value, meaning you can configure everything so that your audiences get value from a certain trigger.

Cons

In fact, I didn't see any tool within Vista Social that I didn't like. All the tools, from content planting to the unified inbox, DMS automation, and listening, caught my attention the most, and I plan to use them in my daily tasks.

Overall I enjoyed how many features there were. Particularly since I currently use (and pay) for two platforms that I could just do all-in-one with Vista Social.

Pros

The set up and connection was easy, which is great for my not so techy clients. I was impressed that there was a personal profile and group connections for Facebook! While the scheduling feature is great, the two features that I was very excited about were the DM automations and the listening feature. This listening feature is unreal, (and affordable in the smaller packages) not only can it flag social plat forms, but also the broader social network, like the web and news sites. This is a huge advantage and time saver for my bigger brands. I especially liked how the DM automations had more features than just standard responses, like the follow and link buttons built right in, and being able to engage with my community in one place in real time. I'm also a very organized person, so I really valued the task management and task assignment.

Cons

I had a minor glitch with my Instagram account connecting. However, the customer support, especially the step by step how to fix this glitch page, was super helpful.

I have been working as a community manager and social media manager for more than 3 years. And I lose count of the number of tabs or apps I've had both on my computer and mobile since SMM to reply and schedule posts, click up or asana for tasks and Manychat to automate DMs and comments. Since I switched to Vista Social, I only have to have one tab open, mentally it's reassuring. From the typical SMM functions of replying to messages and scheduling posts. Being able to have the option to automate DMs and, with the help of AI, generate a variety of responses that don't sound repetitive, without having to pay separately for other platforms like ManyChat, which can cost around $25 and up for that feature alone. Being a great help for those of us who have to answer hundreds of messages a day. Another option I like is to have my reminders and assign tasks without having to have a separate productivity app, it speeds up processes and keeps everything centralized. I also love the wide range of reports they offer, Marketing without KPIs is just guesswork. And having such complete reports from social media performance, industry benchmarks, sentiment analysis, tasks performance (to see the productivity of the team) and even listener performance (which in other SMM is a premium feature). Overall, it simplifies my workflow, replacing at least three other tools, which helps my productivity and my pocket too.

Cons

It would be good in the automations to be able to add personalization with the names of the users in the answers and if later it is possible, to have the possibility of including the possibility of training a bot with AI so that the AI is the one who responds in the automations with more natural language, so the conversation is more personalized and accelerating the automation process in answers.

I use Vista Social to manage the 8 social media accounts I’m in charge of, and it helps me stay on top of everything — even though I can only work at night because of my baby’s care schedule. It also makes team communication way easier; no more messy WhatsApp DMs!

Pros

Vista Social is super visual and easy to use. It took me almost no time to learn — and for someone like me, a mom to a one-year-old and a project manager, that’s pure gold! I love how the calendar lets me see my whole content schedule at a glance, with individual previews of post images and videos. It really helps me stay organized. The Tasks section also makes communication with my team so much smoother, and I love that I can add tags to each post before publishing or scheduling.

Cons

Vista Social should totally start giving out gifts or rewards for every new client you refer to the platform!

I've tried other platforms, but Vista Social works best for me

What I like most ahbout Vista Social is their reporting and analytics features. The platform provides clear customizable reports that make it easy to measure engagement, followers growth. The calendar view is another highlight, I can see all my content from all my platforms in one overview. I also like the competitors analysis feature in reporting, you can easily compare your performance against your competitors. This is helpful for benchmarking content strategies. The platform also integrates well with major social networks, supports AI-generated post suggestions and ofefrs an easy to navigate interface.

What I like less about Vista Social that connecting certain social accounts give an error. But couldn't trace why the social account doesnt want to connect to Vista Social.

Excellent - will be suggesting it to other social media mangers to help. Being able to add different users and give them access at various levels to only specific accounts is a major bonus. This means clients can still control their socials where needed, or can have limited access to established accounts while I build up their following.

Pros

The ease of associating creation profiles like Canva and Google Drive - I expect to be able to work with my social media accounts, but being able to have easy access to my creation tools is wonderful. In addition being able to use AI to turn a boring post to fit the brand voice is fantastic when managing multiple accounts for different companies.

Cons

There is a learning curve, just like any new tool. The demo videos are good (but of course I only looked at them after trying to figure things out myself). Things weren't always intuitive, but after doing anything once it all makes sense.

Overall, I’d 100% recommend Vista social, particularly if you’ve got a team of people managing multiple social media accounts across multiple clients. To have everything from insights, content calendars, ideas, scheduling, and a place to keep track of tasks all in one place says it all really. I don’t see other platforms doing this, and that’s why Vista Social is a great and worthwhile choice. With the free trial, you can easily test it out for yourself without all the risk, too.

Pros

I like how comprehensive the calendar functionality is. It goes beyond being a place for simply scheduling posts; instead, it allows you to go much further by creating and saving ideas and adding notes as useful reminders on specific dates and times. I’ve used many social media management tools over the years, and to have everything in one easy-to-access and use place like this makes life much easier. Also, the fact that I can easily add team members at a very affordable price is great. With the tasks functionality, you can seamlessly track who is doing what, and by when, again all in the same platform as the content scheduling, meaning everything is centralised and streamlined in one place. The social listening aspect stands out to me, too. You’d normally have to use a completely separate tool alongside your social media management software. But for Vista Social to include this with everything else means it offers a truly full suite of social media tools in one place.

Cons

This is nothing against Vista Social, but more so the social media platforms themselves when it comes to integrating them with 3rd party tools like Vista social. So, when you have add/pop-up blockers installed, logging in to and integrating various social media accounts (particularly those from Meta) is challenging/doesn't always work. But when you go on a different browser without blockers enabled, then it works fine and seamlessly. So yeah, that's nothing against Vista Social. But they could perhaps make users aware that this can happen. So that they are not left stuck.

All in all Vista Social is an amazing tool that is an ideal fit for small businesses that are looking to improve their brand engagement and for agencies that are looking to get a one stop shop for their scheduling, monitoring, posting, reporting and engagement needs.

Pros

Vista Social is a very cost effective solution as compared to most of its rivals. Instead of paying enterprise price tags, you can sign up to Vista Social for much less. Content scheduling with Vista Social is very easy and the whole process is extremely streamlined. What set Vista Social apart for me was the real-time unified inbox. It allowed me to monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions across multiple platforms all in one place. This feature is such a great tool specially for my clients who are looking to boost their customer/follower engagements. Bundled this with the social listening feature, which allows me to track my mentions, competitor activities and relevant keywords across all social platforms and the internet, Vista Social allows me to be always on top of the latest trends. I 100% recommend this tool!

Cons

Although it allows full social media scheduling, its still lacks full publishing support for YouTube.

Overall very positive. Very good value for money. More than just scheduling. Connections to other software such as Canva which is a plus.

Pros

I found that Vista Social is favourable in terms of functionality, value for money, scheduling and analytics. But it goes beyond the ability to schedule content for me as a social media manager. Many SMM tools offer these basic functions. I found that seeing messages, comments and mentions in real time in your inbox for Facebook, instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn to be extremely helpful. Being able to automate responding to all messages using DM Automations feature - Listening feature which is typically a premium offering with other SMM platforms is super powerful and very affordable for a small business. The teams interactions on the platform allows faster responses and solutions for client needs.

Cons

I would like to see improvement on the mobile app experience in terms of navigation and functionality.

Such a amazing experience! I use everyday and really recommended for any social media. It´s super easy to use.

Pros

I use the platform regularly, I connected 3 professional accounts and it was super simple to do so, and moreover, super secure (I loved that). Before using the platform I was worried I wouldn't know how to use it, but when I opened it I saw how simplified and simple it was, and the layout is beautiful (which I really like). It has many options that help social media professionals in their daily work, especially if they work in a team, because the platform also sends emails (which I think is great for reminders). The calendar was my favorite part, I was able to add my videos, write captions and add hashtags. I loved the part about creating a hashtag folder, this helps a lot, especially when you work with various niches and clients. I absolutely loved my experience; the connection and ease of use were what charmed me and made my work as a social media manager much easier. I highly recommend it, especially because of all the scheduling options you can manage.

Cons

My only dissatisfaction was a video that wasn't posted because the video quality wasn't accepted, this made me quite upset because I usually upload videos to Instagram and TikTok in 4K, but it wasn't difficult to resolve, so it's not something that would change my opinion about the platform.

Pros

A colleague of mine recommended Vista Social as a management platform for all Apps that I have connected to my work. As a freelancer, staying online and up-to-date is very important to attract new clients. On a daily basis, I am promoting my services to many platforms and I am also gathering information for complex projects. With Vista Social, I managed to organize my postings and have all media in one place. I can use all profiles with just a click, and I can easily see the reach of my work. And lastly, I would like to mention that the platform is super simple for usage, I learned all by myself, the interface is functioning without delays, the creation and posting is always exact and adapted for the app that I need. Personally, I am using it mostly to manage my profiles and to reach more clients in a structured way without constantly checking each app in a separate steps.

Cons

Maybe that I still can not manage my profiles on freelancer or people per hour. Still it is not that I don't like it, just a wish that maybe in the future this can be provided.

Having recently used the Vista Social platform, I have been thoroughly impressed. After spending years on the Meta Business Suite, I was eager to explore a new scheduling platform. What I love most about Vista Social is its user-friendly dashboard. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, making social media management seamless for both beginners and seasoned marketers alike. One standout feature is the cross-platform scheduling capability. This feature allows me to manage all my social media accounts in one place without any hassle. Additionally, the cross-reporting feature is exceptional; it visually presents percentage increases and decreases clearly, aiding in performance analysis and strategy adjustments. I particularly enjoyed using the scheduling feature. It allows me to format the font within captions directly, eliminating the need to switch between different software. Editing posts is also straightforward, and although this feature wasn't included in my current package, I know it'll be a game changer when I upgrade.

Cons

While my experience has been largely positive, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The social listening feature, for instance, has been somewhat disappointing. I encountered multiple instances where it didn’t work as expected, which hindered my ability to monitor brand mentions effectively.
