Overall product wise its good but no one is there to help if you facing any issue.

Pros

Gallabox's WhatsApp Broadcasting product has been a game-changer for our business communication! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and allows us to reach our customers quickly and efficiently.

Cons

Platform is nice but customer service is worst, in fact there is no customer support.

The experience is terrific. Personally talking, my company wasn't able to speak with its clients on a regular basis, they felt unsatisfied. Gallabox, however, fixed this issue. Our company now operates effectively and productively.

Pros

They offer great benefits with the package. Additionally, messaging happens quickly and is incredibly effective. Competitors is significantly more expensive than Gallabox.

Cons

I've been using it for a while, and I spent some time working on the Gallabox and WhatsApp integration. But given that, I don't see any product restrictions. Even so, I had a lot of trouble setting it up. But the team actively supported me.
