My experience with CanIPhish has been excellent. Working for an MSP I have several clients who were in need of this sort of service, so becoming a partner so I could more easily manage them (and resell to them) instead of managing multiple accounts across different tenants is great. The user base of my clients have been receptive to the training and the feedback from testing, and I've already seen a great improvement in their security postures.

Pros

Pricing is great, customer service has been excellent, and the training modules cover everything we needed. When I onboarded I'm sure I annoyed the hell out of them with all of my questions but they were always quick to respond and super helpful.

Cons

In a previous life I used one of the bigger cyber security training / testing platforms, and they had some advanced features that CanIPhish currently lacks, HOWEVER they've been very receptive to my requests and suggestions and it seems like their development team is adding additional features all the time.

I greatly appreciate the flexibility of the pricing options, as well as the ability to create a free account to thoroughly test the product before making a commitment.

Cons

I have not encountered any drawbacks so far. My experience with the product has been positive, and everything has performed smoothly during my evaluation. The features work as expected, the interface is easy to navigate, and the overall usability has been straightforward. While all products can evolve over time, I have not identified anything that I would consider a concern based on my current use. Overall, the product has met my expectations and has delivered a solid experience.

### "CanIPhish Is Worth Using. "

Overall, my experience with CanIPhish is positive. The company feels like a smaller company and my account rep has made me feel like my opinions about how the software works matters to them. I have ran a few phishing tests and training campaigns now and occasionally get frustrated working with the lists and keeping them updated. Once the campaign is running, it is pretty much all automated at that point, making management super easy. They are actively developing the software, so I look forward to seeing new features added and even possibly some of my pain points for the program addressed.

Pros

CaniPhish does a great job with automating the training for campaigns. I can set up a campaign to happen over a period of time and use a wide variety of templates which prevents me from giving away the fact that I am running a campaign. (Users cannot as easily identify a phishing test.) The cost for the program is very reasonable in my opinion and compares well with other competitive products. The platform is simple and easy to use. I never feel lost navigating the menus. Simply knowing that IT runs phishing tests and is watching for people clicking on links and reporting that to their managers helps to keep us more secure as our employees stop and question if they have a phishing email or not.

Cons

I wish it would integrate with M365 dynamic distribution lists. At this time, it does not do that. I set up those lists to further automate the setting up users, but I am now forced to make a manual list to sync with CanIPhish. I also wish that there was a better way to add users to an existing campaign.

Overall it's hard to beat. Great service, great modules & support, constant improvements and updates coming through in the pipeline, and to support another local business that happens to be close is a huge win. Very happy with the system, and the price is perfect per user to be able bring this training to clients.

Pros

Constant improvements & updates, great support when needed. Overall a one stop shop for Phish training and testing. Very easy to use and setup campaigns, the white-labeling and customization is great to resell to clients.

Cons

Any issues were at the earlier days and have all been fixed. CanIPhish and the team are very receptive to suggestions and are often already implementing into their systems. The timing of when Phishes get handed out can be a little backwards with regards to the times it delivers, but I think that is also getting some improvements soon.

Pros

By far the best customer support we have experienced. The team is always responsive and provides thorough assistance, even under challenging timelines. The platform is so easy to use. Security awareness has never been easier. On top of that, they offer the most competitive pricing on the market. After months of research, we found no other solution offering this level of functionality at such a competitive price.

Cons

Nothing. They already have detailed guides for everything, and if something isn’t covered, they’ll create a custom one for you.

Excellent experience with the platform. We have developed an entire new business regarding awareness training, that fits with our clients contexts and needs thanks to the usability of CanIPhish. Security is also an excellent standard, as we are ISO 27.001.

Pros

Easey of use, customization available and the best is the willingness to help and add features. The continuos development and excellent customer support service make me feel really confident regarding what I can offer to my clients

Cons

HTML edition is tricky. Considering that almost everyone uses outlook, is difficult to get a good design. The support is in Australian hours so it has been always overnight communications from Chile, but besides that, the responses are very quick.

As an organisation finding the correct option meant trying a few out. Canipish was the most user friendly from my point of view. For a charity organisation cost is aa big concern but pleased to say thus fits the budgets

Pros

As an organisation we have recently signed up to Canipish, the ease of use in regards to dashboard makes things user friendly. The initial Customer support prior to joining made the difference in bugs and issues. Without a doubt great value for money on annual payments.

Cons

Not found any yet. There is a limit to phishing template’s on free version but once moving into paid version there is a wide choice.

What I really like about CanIPhish is how seamless it is to use. It’s super easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I also love the gamification aspect it adds a fun edge to training and keeps things engaging. I really loved the simplicity of the tool, it took me less then 30 minutes to set-up the base platform ready to send phishing campaigns and also for user reporting, and now if we need to do a tailored campaign and Training activity it takes me less then 5 minutes.

Cons

Honestly wish I could leave this blank, I have had a few issues with the UI but every time I raise them with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team they are either already working on it, planning to work on it, or fix it up in a matter of days (at most)

Building custom landing pages cannot be done inside the platform. You need to host the page yourself and link to it from CanIPhish.

\- managing campaigns is very easy and user friendly - a lot of phishing email templates - possibility of creating customized phishing email templates - you don't have to wait long for a reply from support team - ease of managing subscription

Cons

\- polish automatic translation is often imprecise - training modules lack the possibility of managing the title and description of an "invitation to the training email" - there's little of universal training modules and emails templates - especially targeted for polish market - phishing website templates are also not very diverse - we'd need more pages that don't indicate a specific vendor and some that don't necessarily require entering one's credentials, so for example 404-error page

Pros

Simple interface, easy configuration, a large number of ready-made scenarios, but also easy creation of your own campaigns and training courses. Plus, great service and support.

Cons

There is no such thing, except perhaps a slightly complicated configuration of a phishing campaign on the client side.

Outstanding, they allowed us to PoC in our own time and ask as many questions as we wanted. Once we were onboarded they ensured we were on track and checked in every couple of weeks or so.

Pros

There are multiple things great about Can I Phish. Firstly, the product is solid, it allows for customisable campaigns to be run or you can select from a massive list of pre-built ones that will do the job too. They are constantly pushing new features without compromising on quality. Secondly, the team. Having personally met most of the team at conferences they are great people, always willing to help with support questions within a few minutes of asking.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the browser fingerprinting to better sift through FP's although I believe a product request has already been raised for this.

Awesome product, quick to implement and most importantly backed by an incredible team who respond swiftly. Love the fact that you can customise campaign material, whitelabling and even use a program generator to set-up a professional campaigh program which you can share with your customers!! Best thought out platform we've ever used so good infact we signed up within one day of looking. Great product great team 10/10

Compared to every other vendor we spoke to, working with CanIPhish was a dream. Email responses came as fast as within minutes, rarely taking over a few hours and I was never once bothered or harassed by salespeople pressuring me. The generous demonstration plan is more than enough to get a great feel and understanding of the platform and transitioning into a paid subscription was a breeze.

Pros

The staff have been extremely responsive to feature requests, our limited issues, and general feedback. The platform is intuitive and allows easy management and review of campaigns. The documentation allowed us to onboard into our complex environment in a matter of hours rather than days, and there have been no technical issues or errors at all.

Cons

The platform is still quite new and with that there are some very minor issues, that don't really effect usage but would be nice to be fixed. For example, the 'next delivery' countdown may still count down to 0 even if no emails are sent in that specific batch.

Pros

The ease of use has been amazing. They have walkthrough videos covering pretty much everything you need to know during setup.

Cons

I haven’t really faced any cons yet. I started testing and trying out the service a little while ago.

Excellent dashboard, vast set of features, flexible configurations, availability and tracking of cyber security training and ease of use

So far I have not found any cons. I will keep using it and give feedback if I find any usage issues.

This service meets my needs very well. There are some kinks to improve but the overall transparence on price and subscription flexibility are really great.

Pros

Super easy to use and effective. Importing employees was easy (modulo one bug). Allowing the emails to be received was well explained and easy to follow. Setting up a campaign and tracking the results worked well too.

Cons

When importing with a csv, some fields were not imported. I did not try any kind of google integration so I can't say about those.
