### "Reliable meeting tool with good features "

Overall experience been good. It’s is reliable for meetings and the team communication, and it rarely crashes. Once you learn where is everything is, it’s is easy to use and works well for day to day work. It helpe our team stay connected and made scheduling and hosting meetings simple. There are a few things that could be smoother, but overall it strong tool and does what we need.

Pros

The one of the best thing for me personally is the call and the meeting quality. Even when the network isn’t that great, Webex still somehow keeps the audio clear. I also like the screen sharing and the way you can switch between the all devices without dropping the call at all. The chat and meeting notes are very much helpful too because everything stays in theone place. It’s is good for team collaboration and feels stable compared to some other tools I used before.

Cons

Some part of interface feel a bit old or maybe confusing. It take few extra clicks to find simple setting. Sometime the app feels heavy take longer to load. The mobile version is ok but not as smooth as the desktop . Also, joining meetings from different links can be slow but Nothing major, but small things that get annoying if you are using it daily otherwise great

Overall the experience I have had with webex is a good one and it much better than older systems for online calls

Pros

The webex system is easy to log into and I hardly have any problems with connectivity or the quality of service

Cons

I dislike the way you have to go about setting up wireless headsets it is counterintuitive and challenging

Overall, Webex is ok to use but it's not great, and there are better solutions to use. However, it works, and that is the most important part.

Pros

I like that Webex Suite allows me to contact people outside of my organisation quickly, and also that Webex acts like my own phone ,where I can dial people

Cons

I don't like the UX design of Webex Suite, and changing any settings is overly complicated. There are also a number of bugs that pop up.

100% GREAT!! Love it so much and love it's free for my chat tool. I hope they always keep it free because it helps small business soooo much!

Pros

It's cool and it's free! My team LOVES using it to communicate all day long and keep synced up between branches. We love the screenshare feature and the document attachements.

Cons

Nothing I can say here. It's enjoyed by all and very useful for comradery . I guess maybe not having push updates that can be forced for all users to read might be an improvement and document storage to share

Probably the price for the AI option could be a bit more flexible different plans specially design for small businesses

Pros

the chat features were the best piece of webex, along with video meeting capabilities. good archiving of historical conversations

Cons

the calendar integration was not up to snuff with competition- I would have to manually tie the schedule with my outlook.

Use Case: External vendor/client meetings via Webex hardware, routed through Chime for internal compatibility.

Pros

We use Webex hardware solely for external meetings, connected through Amazon Chime. The video and audio quality are generally stable and professional, which is critical for vendor-facing discussions. The hardware is robust, with intuitive controls for users unfamiliar with the system.

Cons

The Amazon Chime integration limits the native Webex software experience. We cannot leverage its full suite of collaborative features like whiteboarding or native scheduling. Configuration can be a bit complex during troubleshooting, especially with third-party connections.

Webex suite is one of my favorite tools. The use of polling and white boarding makes for a very effective brainstorming session enabling easy noting of ideas for future implementation.

Pros

Quick and easy access to create team chats, meetings, and gross department collaboration. During extensive use we had zero issues with bugs or glitches. Support for user background during meetings enabled a fun environment during COVID. Overall one of the most solid products I have used.

Cons

The only issue I personally had with this product was being able to connect to users outside of our organization who also utilized the platform. As someone who connected with other companies to collaborate transfer of clients this would have been extremely helpful.

I truly enjoy using Webex, as it is helpful in all aspects of our job in a law firm but like anything technical there are always going to be bugs. However, I think it is one of the best communication systems I have been able to use.

Pros

I like that Webex can be used at home, at work, on the phone and truly any electronic device. We can also use it when doing virtual trial and working with other firms.

Cons

I do not like that sometimes Webex will buffer and then not find our webex calls or cut out of our meetings right in the middle of them

Generally very good, utilizing the softphone features and voicemail tracking daily, via a simple to use and streamlined software, with mobile integration.

Pros

Great option for softphone connectivity on your PC, with an intuitive user interface and calling/voicemail integration.

Cons

Some of the connectivity, via our SSO organizational policies can make for a tricky login when regular password updates are required via our IT team, but overall this isn't a huge issue.

Used Webex at a large company (international) and can say it definitely is worth the money to spend if you have got it - in terms of professionalism in communication, they are really up there.

Pros

Fantastically scalable for a larger company, still suitable for small companies. Great, swift system updates and customer support. User permissions are precise and specific.

Cons

Expensive! Pricey and occasionally takes time for the system to update when employees are removed. Occasionally have issues with screen sharing causing incredible lag.

WebEx is an excellent communication suite for hosting meetings, making calls to coworkers, sharing screens and more. My favorite feature of WebEx is the WebEx chat function, the ability to record meetings, and capture attendance.

Cons

I do not like how I'm not able to connect to WebEx meetings via my phone (Google Pixel 8) when I ask WebEx to call me so I can connect. My phone is not able to recognize when I enter 1 on the key pad on my phone to connect.

Pros

I like the synching between phone and computer. I like that you are able to send messages, reactions, replies, ect, in a HIPAA compliant manner.

Cons

I wish there were computer notifications when the app was not open on my computer. I like that my phone gets a notification, but I cannot always use my phone at work.
