My overall experience is good and positive with Webex suite. It provides seamless & fast output as compared to other products.

Pros

It allows users to conduct high quality meetings from laptops, mobiles and browsers without complicated setup.

Cons

Sometimes it does not match with our network & have some connectivity issue due to some bugs which needs to be fixed.

Overall, my experience with Webex Suite has been positive. It’s a reliable platform for video meetings and team collaboration, and it performs well in professional settings where stability and security are important. Once you get familiar with the layout, it becomes easier to navigate and use its features like messaging, file sharing, and scheduling. While it can feel a bit less intuitive at first compared to other tools, it’s still a solid and dependable option for consistent communication and teamwork.

Pros

Webex Suite stood out to me for its strong video and audio quality, especially during longer meetings where stability really matters. I liked that it offers a full set of collaboration tools in one place, including messaging, file sharing, and meeting scheduling, which makes teamwork more organized. It also feels very secure and professional, which is important for business use. Overall, it’s a dependable platform that works well for structured meetings and team communication.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Webex Suite is that it can feel a bit less intuitive compared to other similar platforms, especially when you’re first getting started. Some features are not as easy to find, which can make the learning process slower.

Overall experience been good. It’s is reliable for meetings and the team communication, and it rarely crashes. Once you learn where is everything is, it’s is easy to use and works well for day to day work. It helpe our team stay connected and made scheduling and hosting meetings simple. There are a few things that could be smoother, but overall it strong tool and does what we need.

Pros

The one of the best thing for me personally is the call and the meeting quality. Even when the network isn’t that great, Webex still somehow keeps the audio clear. I also like the screen sharing and the way you can switch between the all devices without dropping the call at all. The chat and meeting notes are very much helpful too because everything stays in theone place. It’s is good for team collaboration and feels stable compared to some other tools I used before.

Cons

Some part of interface feel a bit old or maybe confusing. It take few extra clicks to find simple setting. Sometime the app feels heavy take longer to load. The mobile version is ok but not as smooth as the desktop . Also, joining meetings from different links can be slow but Nothing major, but small things that get annoying if you are using it daily otherwise great

Overall, my experience with Webex Suite has been very good. It has improved communication within my company and made remote collaboration much easier. It’s a reliable platform that helps us stay connected and work efficiently, while maintaining a good level of security.

Pros

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it integrates communication and collaboration tools in one platform. Video meetings are stable, messaging is instant, and file sharing is very convenient. It also offers good security features, which helps us keep our company communications protected.

Cons

What I like least is that sometimes the interface can feel a bit complex for new users. Also, it may require more system resources compared to lighter tools, which can affect performance on older PCs.

Pros

Security and quality of videos during conference calls, meetings etc. Can easily share reports and screen during the calls.

Cons

Not faced any major problems with Webex, however, suite version seems to be expensive as compared to other plans.

Pros

Easy to use. I love that it links to my personal work number so I can make outgoing calls to our customers.

Cons

While I can make outgoing calls, customers cannot contact me unless they have my direct line. I wish it linked to our business phone number.

Pros

I like that Webex has introduced new artificial intelligence features, like transcription and the ability to catch up with a meeting that has already started.

Cons

Sometimes the UI feels a little bit clunky, especially when you need to switch audio or video sources different than what was selected by default.

Overall, i think Webex Suite is a great app which can be used by anyone as it is easy to use. It is worth for the price i pay and i will keep using it. Navigation and searching through this app is fast and smooth. Audio and video quality is very well. I highly recommend Webex Suite to people who takes privacy and security seriously.

Pros

Webex Suite is a good app which offers wide range of features. But the best thing about Webex Suite is definitely it's video and audio quality. It has really strong security and privacy features which i always look out in apps. Webex Suite has everything that one search for like meetings, chat, and callings. Webex Suite can be used for professional as well as academically.

Cons

There are few bugs and issues here and there but it can be fixed by contacting customer support. Everything in Webex suite works good thus not much complaining.
