The bi-weekly meetings with \[sensitive content hidden\] are very helpful to ensure I'm not missing anything in my submissions, and she is quite familiar with my participants and any special circumstances/situations our company has. Pros The Certent Equity Management team is always available, and having them process the transactions takes so much pressure off me. Being someone used to being hands-on in every aspect of things, it's not easy for me to turn things over to someone else to handle (i.e., processing vests) so it speaks volumes that I trust and am comfortable with Certent handling all of that type of work, leaving me able to focus on other things. \[sensitive content hidden\] (the Principal Client Services Manager) and Certent's Plan Administration team are subject matter experts, respond quickly, ask the right questions if needed and provide for seamless transactions. Cons It's sometimes a little challenging to determine what is the right report to run when I'm doing ad hoc analysis, so sometimes there's a bit more "trial and error" than I would like. On the plus side, once I determine which reports I'm looking for, I'm able to label them as favorites. Cons I would like to see Certent have the ability to assign tax withholding rates to individual participants and not have to update them with each transaction.
