The connectivity went with to PMS system went with ease but we would have required a test account first before completely implementing it to our system. Unfortunately there is ZERO support.

Pros

Great to have a feature to connect Chekin to selected PMS system.

Cons

Support is zero. We sent several email and ask for assistance to unlink Chekin from our PMS system as we get fault messages etc. We have also deleted our trial account in hope it will disconnect from the PMS without success.

Al principio me gustó mucho por la facilidad de manejar el Software, pero cuando tuve que hacer uso de un asesor, no hay otra manera de contactar que por el chat de ellos y tardan muchísimos días en contestar (si es que llegan a hacerlo). No lo recomiendo.

Pros

El software es intuitivo y fácil de manejar.

Cons

Es casi imposible contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente, y cuando contestan lo hacen días después (si es que lo hacen). Si quieres ampliar alguna actividad más con ellos, es muy caro.

En realidad si tienes un problema van ha ser incapaces de solucionarlo en casi todas las ocasiones, el servicio de soporte es bastante inoperante

Pros

Es sencillo de configurar, la web funciona bastante bien y el sistema de envio a los clientes es bastante bueno

Cons

Es una aplicación que está un poco verde, por ejemplo cuando se envía un parte a SES policía se marcará como enviado, si falla por algún motivo, por ejemplo un DNI incorrecto o el uso de caracteres no validos en SES y que checkin no valida. simplemente no hay manera de localizar el error ni localizar la reserva. En algun momento te caducara y se acabo el tema. Si realizas contratos pues no puedes poner la dirección real del huésped, no es posible firmar un contrato oficial en castellano y luego enviarlo en cualquier otro idioma, por lo que necesitas traducciones juradas si no quieres meterte en un posible lío.

Pros

Sending ISTAT data and authorities is excellent.

We used Chekin for a few months and then deleted our account as guests found it to complicated to use.

Pros

As a STR owner it was fairly straight forward to use

Cons

Guests found it complicated to use, the iPhone app for admins was also was mixed English & Spanish which was confussing.
