Having a great experience so far! We are an outdoor adventure centre so have a huge variety of products and we have found the system flexible.

Pros

We really like the ease of adding our bookings in via the back office whilst also allowing customers to book directly. The waivers were a huge selling point as it has allowed us to go paperless!

Cons

Scheduling at the beginning was tricky, however after speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] their development team designed a solution for us.

We've had a fantastic experience using Beyonk for our event bookings at Newlands Bishop Farm! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to set up and manage our events. The booking and payment system runs smoothly, allowing our customers to book with ease while giving us full control over ticketing. One of the biggest highlights has been the excellent customer support—the Beyonk team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. We also love the customisation options, which have allowed us to tailor our bookings to fit our events perfectly. After switching from Eventbrite, we've noticed a real improvement in efficiency and ease of use, making event management much simpler for us. We highly recommend Beyonk to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported booking system!

Cons

While our experience with Beyonk has been overwhelmingly positive, one area for improvement would be the addition of a dedicated app for event check-ins. A mobile app could make the check-in process even smoother, allowing us to scan tickets and manage attendee lists more efficiently on the day. That being said, the platform is already very user-friendly.

It is a nice-looking platform, and the people are nice.

Cons

The absolute worst booking experience ever. Not once, but twice they double booked my tours. I had to call the customers and explain they did not have a booked tour even though they had a confirmation. After the first time, I was told it was fixed. Then it happened again. Moving away from Beyonk as fast as I can.

I really like that the Experience feature and the capability to promote specific offerings as gift cards. It’s a smart way to add another source of revenue.

Cons

I was also told the platform is evolving and that we can be part of upcoming beta versions—which is great! It’s nice to know they’re actively improving and open to feedback from real users.

Our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has also be incredibly helpful when we’ve hit a few snags and helped us to get them sorted.

Pros

The platform is super easy to use and customise to make it your own. It works seamlessly with our website and the team at Beyonk, \[sensitive content hidden\] have been super attentive and supportive when we’ve needed them.

Cons

When you’ve grouped together experiences there is no way to return to the group without going all the way back through the products. It only takes a few extra seconds but there it’s the only thing I can think of!

Although ticketing hub has a lower booking fee than Beyonk, we felt the Ecologi partnership with Beyonk was more than worth the 1% as this fully fits with our zoos mission as a whole. The overall look of the Beyonk website was also a positive factor, as a Gen Z, I cannot stand clunky websites!!

The site is very user friendly for both operator and customer. its professional looking and helps customers get what they want fast.

Pros

easy to use and a useful team of staff to offer assistance when needed. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so helpful, replies to emails quickly and makes herself available to take you by the hand, to show you how to do tasks on site.

Cons

I have no issues with the system except fees and booking charges are more expensive than my previous supplier. However, this site is much more professional looking, offers much more variety and less admin for us.

Back of house tool is fantastic. Very user friendly. Reports can be accessed easily. Refunds can be issued directly.

Cons

Preferred the previous reports section initially but the newer version has grown on me and just as good now.

From start to finish the team at Beyonk have been superb. From initial set up to any ongoing support, they are all very helpful and respond almost immediately to find a solution. The platform itself is super user friendly and Booking forms look great. Had looks of positive feedback about how easy it is to book.

Pros

Booking forms look great, platform works well, staff and Support teams all very responsive and friendly.

Cons

Unable to see how many ‘places’ remaining for children vs adults separately, as they are grouped into one ‘spaces available’ so for customers booking, they do not know how many places are available for both adults and children.

Customer service has been great. There has been a bit of a learning curve in learning how to access reports and certain information on the system, but they are very responsive to my questions.

Pros

I really like the cart feature when buying tickets. I also appreciate how quickly they integrate new features and take feedback about what we would like to see.

Cons

I would really like to be able to put a picture with an available add on.

Our overall experience has been great. From the initial enquiry to getting our events live, there has always been someone to help us every step of the way. They go above and beyond to help and the capabilities of Beyonk are always improving.

Pros

Beyonk is so easy to use, for both us and our customers. Creating events and ticket types are really easy to do, and there is so much useful data. The team at Beyonk are exceptional and will do everything they can to help, and are always really speedy in response to any queries.

Cons

Linking tickets is somewhat limited, but this isn't something that you would find with other ticketing providers without having a bespoke site built, so isn't really something I can complain about!

We're a large holiday park, and we have only just started to move all our activities and events to online booking. Pros

It is very simple to use, and any issues that may have occurred are dealt with quickly and efficiently by their support team.

Cons

Our bespoke system had a grouping function that cannot be replicated by Beyonk or any other ticketing company.
