“My overall experience has been excellent. Jervis has simplified rental management by automating tasks that used to take up time and mental space. From lock codes to lighting, everything works together seamlessly. It’s reliable, easy to use, and continues to evolve with helpful updates. I have peace of mind knowing my guests’ arrivals and departures are well managed.

Pros

The seamless integration with Airbnb and automated lock code generation has been a game-changer. I love how it also connects with smart devices like lighting, making guest arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. The platform is intuitive, and support has always been responsive when I’ve needed help.

Cons

“Occasionally, new features take some time to refine, but the team is proactive in making improvements based on feedback. Overall, nothing that outweighs the benefits.

Pros

Easiest implementation. Great service. Best prices. Quick to respond. Great partner. Flawless execution.

Cons

Haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. Everything has been explained. Worked on quickly and it’s been working flawless.

Great way for STR hosts to manage keypad codes for guests, by automatically extracting details from the reservation

Cons

Awaiting direct integration with Vrbo but the interim effort isn't too bad. Only applicable if you want codes based on phone number

I am amazed that I got automatic smart lock programming for the low price. Support has been phenomenal with issues being handled quickly.

Pros

The app is very easy to navigate and use. Once a reservation comes in, my locks are usually programmed shortly afterwards.

Cons

I wish the phone app had more features but is functional with what it already has. It has a lock and unlock functionality which is great but no way to see existing reservations.

Cost and functionality. Guest codes are entered into the Schlage app with no guest name but rather as random letters and numbers. I spoke to them about this and they said they could not. Amazingly, Jervis can. The switch saved me about $45 per month.

Jervis systems has made managing my property much easier. Their customer support is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The price point is excellent. As a single property manager (and owner) Jervis was the obvious choice.

Pros

Customer service and ease of use. Integrations with my property management system and locks was easy to set up.

Cons

There is nothing that I did not like. Possiblity the only issue would be lack of chat for support, but they always responded quickly.

I have been very impressed with Jervis. Their support was excellent during the relatively complex onboarding process.

Cons

Its complex but the again the entire area of STR automation is complex.

Jervis has been a game changer! Super easy to use, reliable, and makes managing access incredibly smooth. Highly recommend!

Pros

What I liked most about Jervis Systems is how effortless and secure it makes remote access. The integration with smart locks is seamless, and I love being able to schedule guest access with just a few clicks. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and saves a ton of time—perfect for managing multiple properties!

Cons

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the interface could be a little more customizable. A few more options for notifications or user permissions would be helpful—but overall, it’s a solid system that works really well.

Fantastic, highly recommend. I specifically use it in conjunction with my vacation rentals but I’m sure it would be useful for many other purposes as well.

Pros

Ease of use and speed of customer service. I was generally able to figure out how to set up various devices on my own.

Cons

I wish there were bundles across different properties for devices, they offer bundles on devices at the same house but I have 1 at each property across multiple properties.

We have had an outstanding experience with Jervis and would highly recommend them to anyone who operates more than just a few STR's. They've taken away a ton of headaches. Of all the many software's we use to help us with our business, Jervis is probably my favorite!

Pros

From the moment we integrated with Jervis, they have done a perfect job setting up our door codes for various types of locks at many properties like clockwork.

Cons

The only thing I can think to say negative about Jervis is that I wouldn't mind if it were a little bit cheaper, but honestly, its well worth what we are paying for the peace of mind I get from using their services!
