### "Great app for centers"

We have had a very good experience with ProCare at our center. The general satisfaction of the app has stayed consistent with family and staff. ProCare is always seeking input from customers to learn what they can change or add to make the experience better, which is great.

Pros

I like that the app is easy to navigate. Both parents and staff are able to use the app with ease and utilize it to share the children's daily activities, as well as message quickly and effectively.

Cons

The portfolio tracking part of the app could use some more improvement. It does appear that they are always trying to improve though.

Overall, it’s been a really useful tool for our center. It saves time, improves communication with families, and helps us stay organized. it’s worth it for the convenience and peace of mind it provides.

Pros

I liked how everything was organized in one place—attendance, billing, parent communication. It definitely made daily operations smoother and more professional.

Cons

Some features can feel a little clunky or take extra steps. Occasionally, it would lag or log us out during busy times, which was frustrating.

ProCare is intergral to my childcare management, I cannot imagine a world without it! It allows my teachers to efficiently track the students days, and me to process payment and manage paperwork.

Pros

The ease of use is my favorite part of ProCare! It streamlines our data and makes communication a breeze.

Cons

Customer support times can be very long. When I reach out I need something handled, but it is sometimes a day before I get a response.

They have been nice and have handled all concerns. They have been handled in a timely manner, but I have been on hold for over 2 hours if tucker (the chat bot) isn't able to help.

Pros

The family engagement functions. We are able to message families and keep them updated in real time without having to call families.

Cons

How often it is having issues. It seems to be fixed quickly however it is frustrating. The hold time is EXTREMELY long however, when they do answer the phone they are helpful.

Pros

I enjoy the way the parent communication, employee communication, and the accounting is all in one. It makes things way easier to navigate, instead of having multiple different programs to do each task.

Cons

It's not very compatible with the MSDE Scholarship Program. The Sign-in and Sign-out report could use some tweaking, when "transferring" a child into a different classroom, it should not "Sign-out" the child.

I have used ProCare at two different companies and have found that the program is easy to use (self-taught many functions). Customer service is very reactive. I have used their chat program a lot.

Pros

Ease of use, child and parent management and customer support I do like that they listen to their customers and add functions that are requested that make our day easier.

Cons

We use two different versions - online and desktop. Although they sync together we don't have access to all the tools that are available through Procare.

Our door opener doesn't work. I ordered a new one. They tell us it works and it doesn't. We took it to our other center to plug it in a system we know is working and it didn't work. Guess I just spend more to get another one when I feel they sent me a bad one. I just want the door to work.

Pros

I like that Procare is easy to use. It's easy to clock children and staff in and out. It's easy to see where everyone is for ratios.

Cons

Every time they introduce you to something new it's just more money. When you're trying to keep costs down it just gets old. They nickle and dime you to death.

Thank you for your review. As for filtering by lead creation date, you are able to do that by clicking on the "Created Date" arrow on the top of the table. And near the search bar, you can go to the filters button and order it by birth date. I hope this helps. Please reach out to your account manager if you have any additional questions.

We are happy with Procare and what it does for our organization. The family portal has been great, allows for online payment.

Pros

The cost is very good compared to the other platforms that are available to childcare centers. Most of the features are good.

Cons

We like the reports and the features, however, we could use options that give additional information about the children on a roster report such as child's school and grade.

Overall very good with billing/payroll/communication all using the same platform. We also love the help we have received when we have asked for it!!

Pros

We love having our communication app combined with our desktop clock in and out for billing and payroll purposes. We also love the kiosk for safety purposes of only allowing approved fingerprints/codes let into our building!

Cons

A lot of updates throughout the week making it hard for everything to stay synced. When it decides not to work its a lot more work on our end!!!

Our least favorite part of is when the entire platform goes down and we lose access to documenting.

Procare has made our communication so much easier than using traditional email or communication apps. It provides parents with quick answers and info when needed.

Pros

We are a 1/2 day, private preschool. Procare has been a blessing to us. We are able to quickly message parents back and forth without providing cell phone numbers, send pictures to parents, and easily bill and collect payments for tuition. Our monthly fee is not high at all and well worth it.

Cons

The only thing that sticks out to me as a director is I haven't been able to enter NSF or returned checks into the billing system.

Pros

We have been using Procare for a few years now, and I would say that the ease of use is great! I love the teacher communication piece. It is a great tool that provides us with an affordable resource since we are a non-profit.

Cons

I feel that the customer feedback and promptness could be better. As it takes a while for someone to get back to you.

My experience overall has been a great one. Everything is right at your fingertips! It has a lot of features that I am learning about every week.

Pros

I like the ease of navigating through the system. I like the communication piece that allows for easy access to send and receive messages.The child management piece is a plus in our line of work.

Cons

I am not a fan of how we the teachers enter the snacks for each child. It’s a challenge to record the snack type with the corresponding amount each child intakes. For example: cheese roll and crackers . I am unable to click on ‘ate some ‘ for the crackers and ‘ate none’for the cheese roll.

Overall I am pleased. I do believe its time for Procare to expand parent payment solutions with credit card chip readers and Tap to Pay. Especially Tap to Pay. We have had a LOT of requests for that. Parents dont bring a purse or wallet in the center to drop or pickup their kids, but they ALWAYS have their phone!

Pros

I like that its multifaceted; attendance tracking, Food Program needs and billing/tuition.

Cons

Still has tuition express glitches when it comes to credit/debit payments. Still having to "force" a lot of deposit closures or manually enter payments that clear but dont show on the ledger. Parents think we are being "shady" when they make a payment that clears their bank, hits our bank, but doesn't reflect on their ledger. We have lost customers due to this.

ProCare has been helpful for our school to ensure accurate data for both staff and families. Communicating with customer support has been helpful and easy.

Cons

Occasionally when support is called, there is a long waiting time before I can be helped. It would be beneficial to add the "call back option" for those waiting in line so that I can resume my day while waiting for support to call me.

I have used Procare for 9 years. It is easy to work with and easy to find what you need. If there are any issues calling Procare assistance is easy and they get right to the problem and fix it.

Pros

All the options to keep family information updated in the proper areas. Easy to find the data that you need to know.

Cons

Needing a better way to keep waitlists. We do not want to add a family to put child on waitlist due to not being able to delete family completely if they never join the center.

Overall we are happy with procare and the support they provide. From setting up to questions while using - they've always been there to walk with us.

Pros

Procare is an "all in one" center management platform, which has been complimented by students, teachers, parents, and office staff alike for it's overall ease of use.

Cons

Procare tends to go offline or "glitch" at times. Procare support sends out notifications, and they always work to get it back up quickly.

Pros

Customer support is great! I love being able to communicate with families. We have only used the online platform for a few months, but so far so good!

Cons

Desktop can take some getting used to, it's very extensive. Which is good, but to some not so computer literate folks, it can be overwhelming.

Procare Solutions team have been very helpful with the set up and learning process of the program. I would definitely recommend Procare Solutions to other childcare facilities.

What I like most about is the way we can process payments with a click of a button.

Cons

What I like least about is that I do not have the access (desktop) I want with my cell phone.

The ProCare team is willing to help at any time. ProCare is one of many responsibilities I have. I have had to call them for answers I know someone more knowledgeable than me would not need help with. However they are always ready to help

Cons

When we have to put dates in it should not say 1900. It seems it could at least say 2000.; However, I know there is a good reason for this.
