It helps to make the job of the teachers easier and a great resource for parents to connect with teachers and administration concerning the needs of their child. Pros Taking photos and videos. Helps to track diaper changes, bottles and meals. I also like their newsletter template and the ability to communicate with staff and parents. Cons Sometimes the system loses connection but not for long periods. When the system does go down, it's not very user friendly to find out how to get it back running. Everything is right at your fingertips! It has a lot of features that I am learning about every week. Pros I like the ease of navigating through the system. I like the communication piece that allows for easy access to send and receive messages.The child management piece is a plus in our line of work. Cons I am not a fan of how we the teachers enter the snacks for each child. It’s a challenge to record the snack type with the corresponding amount each child intakes. For example: cheese roll and crackers . I am unable to click on ‘ate some ‘ for the crackers and ‘ate none’for the cheese roll. I wish there was a way to edit messages that have been sent to parents. Sometimes you find a mistake after sending it and you can only trash it. Pros Ease of use- it is user friendly. I like the student management. It makes it easy to keep track of students and families. Cons There is not a way to edit the messages that teachers put out to the parents. The office has to trash the message if it's not up to par (grammar and spelling errors, etc.) The billing portion can be tricky- it frequently has glitches.
