Pros Go file room as a software that you can store a vast amount of files. Within the software you can create many different folders to organize where you put files. For example client name then categories under that name. Cons The only cons of the software is based on the user. The user has to be organized and know where to put documents otherwise someone else may not be able to find them. If you put a good system in place go file room can work quite well for you.
