I would tell anyone that this is a great software. It has made me earn more since I began using it than without it.

Pros

I love the ease of use. Everything you need is right there. It was easy to use as a new contractor. The customer support was remarkable. \[sensitive content hidden\] was there everytime I needed him, no matter the time of day. He made it is so easy to create an estimate and you were able to measure the accuracy in real time. \[sensitive content hidden\] was there for me and was patient and very detailed with his instructions. This was a real value for my money and helped tremendously with all my project manangement issues.

Cons

I would like to see more in depth tutorials and self learning videos to give more information of the details. I would also like to see a "wrap up" once the project is complete that will allow the GC to give the customer a true price of what it cost to build their home.

We’ve been using Buildern for a year now and it has genuinely enhanced our operational efficiency. It helped streamline communication between our internal team, clients, and subcontractors, and made our document and cost management far more consistent. Buildern strikes the balance that many platforms miss. It’s powerful enough to manage complex projects but simple enough that everyone on the job can use it effectively. It has allowed us to scale and stay organized without the overhead and learning curve that comes with systems like Procore. Overall, a great fit for a growing commercial construction company.

Pros

What we like most about Buildern is how it combines capability with simplicity. The platform has all the core functions you’d expect from a high-end construction management software—budget tracking, change orders, subcontractor coordination, progress documentation, and communication tools—but it’s laid out in a way that’s intuitive and easy for our team to adopt. It allows our smaller team to operate like a much larger one without getting bogged down in unnecessary complexity. The interface is clean, the support team is responsive, and implementation was smooth.

Cons

I would like to be able to view information associated with clients and vendors by pulling up their account in Buildern.

Its easy to understand and kick off on it. Loved the clarity of the UI. I did self onboarding on to the platform and it was pretty smooth.

Very, very impressed with the software. Exceeded my expectation.

Pros

Everything about it. Coming from other project management software's I was looking for something that was easy to use and also offered excellent features. This software exceeded my expectation. The customer service is also top notch. \[sensitive content hidden\] is so responsive and helpful. Is there an option for 100/100?

Cons

Currently been using Buildern for a while and at this stage there is nothing. If there was anything I could always get an answer from their staff within 10mins. Unbelievable.

Pros

Buildern is a great package, and they are open to suggestions, and are constantly upgrading and making improvements. Hmayak is so quick to answer questions, and has been a great help!

Cons

In the beginning it didn't fit all our needs, but with their upgrade it is now a lot more tailored to our needs

This is the most wonderful product I have seen throughout my 25 years of experience in the construction market. Finally a comprehensive product that keeps you in their ecosystem without the need to use other products and accessories.

Pros

It's comprehensive, yet flexible, user friendly and meets 100% of my needs as a residential general contractor.

Cons

Some features are still under development, but the company is very responsive and works quickly to meet the needs.
