The customer support is so friendly and that time I emailed the company just to say that I liked the little hedgehog on the sleep screen got such a friendly email back. Pros It's the most user friendly, intuitive, and helpful program I've ever used. The integrated Plumb's function makes medication orders so easy. The EMR and charge capture integration with the terminals is great. The anesthesia monitoring form is so much smoother than the paper and I've never come across another program that uses anything else.
