it improves as time goes on and it includes new features, not all of which are usefull

Pros

it files documents and that what it is designed to do; service available also

Cons

it can be tempermental and looking for options to select that are not obvious or are obscure

It has cut the time it takes to eFile in half!!!!

Pros

When using Info Track to eFile, you do not have to follow up to get the file stamped copy saved to the case file. Info Track does it for you!!! If you profile your case details, info track uses that information to automatically locate the case in the Efiling system so you don't have to waist time searching for your case!!

Cons

you get about 4 emails pertaining to each eFiling.

Loving it. I also like that you can file until midnight. Our courts are on limited hours.

Pros

We can now just uploaded the documents and not have to bring to the courthouse. Easy. We can also file up until midnight. This is help because our courts are not open for limited hours.

Cons

Cost. It does add to client costs tgat we didn’t have before.

So far, my experience with InfoTrack has been positive. It's fairly intuitive and works well.

Pros

The thing I like the most is that InfoTrack records all filing expenses to our case management software program. I can access InfoTrack quickly from our case management software, MyCase. I also appreciate the fact that we are not charged for rejected filings, although I don't want that to occur too often!

Cons

I'd like to see some changes to the language used in the recorded expenses. Instead of "File to Existing" I'd like to see "eFiled" so that I do not have to edit the expenses, which appear on clients' invoices. I like to keep it clear and simple for our clients. Initially, it was a bit confusing to me because InfoTrack is the parent company of One Legal, who we also use for filing. I thought that I would also see my InfoTrack filings on OneLegal! (Maybe they will appear on both in the future?)

InfoTrack is our go to for electronic filing and service of process. The software saves us time and money. It also allows everyone in the firm to stay up to date on what has been filed and what cases have been served.

Pros

InfoTrack's customer service is amazing and always there when you have a question. It directly integrates with Clio - our practice management software - so filings are billed directly to each matter. InfoTrack saves our firm hours each week in wasted admin time.

Cons

None. This is an amazing platform for electronic filing and service of process.
