It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the best ways to find freight and stay booked. With a little patience and knowing how to spot the good loads, it’s made a big difference in how we run our operation Pros It’s easy to use and gives you access to a huge number of loads across the country. The search filters help narrow things down quickly, and the rate estimates give a good idea of what to expect before calling a broker. It’s definitely helped us reduce deadhead miles and keep the trucks moving. Cons Some of the loads are outdated or double posted, which wastes time when you're calling. Also, occasionally brokers don’t update their info, so it takes a few calls to find a real option. It would be great if listings were refreshed or removed more often. Pros The number of carriers on the platform is great as they have a wide reach into the market. Cons The system is filled with bad actors and fraudulent users and truck stop cannot control it.
