It does exactly what you need an email service to do without unnecessary clutter, and the privacy-focused approach is a big plus. From a usability perspective, it’s generally straightforward, although not quite as polished as some of the bigger competitors. That said, once you’re familiar with the layout, it becomes very efficient for daily use. Where Zoho really stands out is value for money — especially for small businesses or sole traders who want professional email hosting without paying premium subscription fees.
