Pros I like the caregiver application feature, lead management, the opportunity to add training and the EVV system. Also the opportunity to change and add menu functions. Great how they are always adding features and trying to improve the software and seek out user feedback. Cons I would like for there to be a feature where you can add a care plan where an RN can access it through the mobile app or the portal with the option of the client being able to sign. Also the process of onboarding caregivers in using or starting to use the app could be easier. Make it easier to use and understand the LMS system for training. Reason for choosing CareSmartz360 Because of the LMS training you can offer caregivers through the app and the EVV system especially being able to get a client signature. September 8, 2022 5.0 Pros The best thing about CareSmartz has been the ability for caregivers to request open shifts on the mobile app which has reduced calls and communication gaps. Cons The only issue I've seen with CareSmartz is when the caregiver app updates and has issues for users. This creates more work for the office team as each shift clock in/out has to be entered and confirmed manually. I love the HR part of the software helps me spend less time creating invoices , tracking timesheets. Pros I loved how the software is designed for you to access it from anywhere. It is very compatible with tablets, computer and smart phones. The software is easy to navigate through, I enjoy the clock in & clock out system for caregivers and client portal making it more flexible for caregivers to track there schedules, vacations, time off request and available shifts. We are so far please with our choice to go with CareSmartz360. Cons The only con is that we have to learn how to do everything, but so far everything is not overly complicated. Everytime I go to do a new thing, it takes a couple days for me to do so effectively becasue it requires customer support help. Even then sometimes it takes two-three days to get back to me. Also one thing I sent in weeks ago, I haven't heard anything back yet and I don't expect to. Pros It allows me to easily track timesheets and the location of our caregivers Cons Simple things can quickly become difficult. a billing error can take 10-15 minutes to fix and it includes a lengthy process.
