I absolutely LOVE CareSmartz360. It has made being a new business owner a joy and stress free.

Pros

I like all the features offered in the system that make documenting daily operation duties for clients and employees.

Cons

The least thing I don't like is the customer service team is not available 24 hours. There are times I needed help late night. However, they do respond in a timely manner in the morning.

Very good. There are times when I don't understand something and they are patient and thorough in explaining how to use the various applications

Pros

I like the ease of clocking in and out for all staff, the support I get if I have questions on using Caresmartz for documentation of clients and reports, and the ease of contacting Caresmartz when I need their help. Also, their patience.

Cons

Sometimes when sent a password it has expired immediately.

Pros

The platform on the website was so easy to use. Everything was labeled nicely. You can tab through without an issue. Customer service is good.

I didn't really have anything I liked least about CareSmartz360.

Our over all experience with Caresmartz360 was great and could not be happier with the system, we know if we have any questions we are able to reach out and get the help we need!

Pros

One of the most important things we like about CareSmartz360 was the individualized training program, we are grateful we did receive the scheduled training and we were able to ask questions after every training session.

Cons

So far we have no dislikes or complaints.

Pros

The onboarding specialist \[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely amazing. She gave me all the correct tools to navigate the system with confidence and ease. I was doing everything manually prior to using Caresmartz and am so glad I made the switch. Easy to use and hassle free.

Cons

Initially I was being charged in USD, however this issue is being corrected.

Pros

I like the customer service the most. When I have a problem, I can jump on a chat and receive a response within a few minutes. If the rep needs more time, they will send you a message letting you know and will keep you updated as they work to resolve your concerns.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I like least about CareSmartz360. I feel it's a very good software.

Once you get past the learning curve, the system is gives you the unique ability to manage your clients and caregivers in a very structured way. We will see how the prices go up as my company grows, but, overall it is a great software to have.

Pros

I really like the mobile accessibility and the way it can track employees and their performance.

Cons

The price is a little high. You can get 10 active clients pretty fast so you will see a pretty big price increase. Also, I wanted to customize the RN assessment form to reflect my personal form but it was very difficult to add anything or to make changes.

Honestly the persistence of \[sensitive content hidden\] and him willing to work with a start-up company such as myself. It was months later that I actually signed up from the first time we spoke. He was always professional, very knowledgeable, and patient.

Absolutely the worst experience with a software company. Not only was I billed erroneously for client's, but when I addressed it, I was yelled at by a Customer 'Satisfaction' Rep., He kept speaking over me and justifying that they billed me for client's we hadn't seen since July and it was Oct. They charge you per client but won't give you an itemized bill, unless you request it, so who knows how many other times I was erroneously billed for client's not seen. Then when I checked my credit card balance, I saw they charged me an additional $300. When I spoke to them and asked for a refund, I was told that they would but it wouldn't be until the next day because it was the end of the day (it was 3:04 pm). The software itself, had many glitches, and they were constantly doing upgrades which would normally not be a problem, except that every time they did them, it moved the gps pin so our staff would get an error message when they would try to clock in. Every single time, one of us would have to go in, and manually adjust the pin. Extremely time consuming. Additionally, they charge $10 per client on your roster. They make you list a card on file. For those of us in this field, we all understand that this is not logical, and it is extremely expensive, but when I tried to explain that to the Customer Satisfaction Rep, again, he argued. The best they could do was bring that down to $9 per client. Client's struggle to pay their monthly bills, I am not raising my rates because a software company is not client focused. So for all of the reasons above, we left. When I was charged an additional $300, I expressed that this was the final straw and felt that I should not be held to their 3 MONTH CANCELLATION POLICY and I received an email telling me that was not possible and they would still be holding me to that. Top of the line customer service right there. First of all, a 3 month cancellation policy is theft on so many levels, much less to bill me for client's erroneously, then to charge my card for $300 without my permission...All while getting yelled at and argued with when I am paying them thousands of dollars a year...I would suggest that someone dig a little deeper into their billing department, as well as their Customer 'Satisfaction' team...

Pros

none, my entire experience was stressful and not one I would recommend.

Cons

Their customer service (see my next comment), their pricing (it is insanely expensive), their billing (they make you list a card on file)

### "Life after CareSmartz"

With CareSmartz we are able to keep client's information up to date and allow the whole team to be on same page with any and all information about our clients.

Pros

CareSmartz has a lot of useful features that we were looking for, Such as, electronic timesheets, EVV compatibility, GPS tracking, and accurate scheduling. Also feature that we did not know we needed, task management, and a home for our clients and caregivers' information, instead of using our old excel spreadsheet.

Cons

Only problem I had/have are the integration with clearing houses for billing. We (me and Caresmartz support specialist) are actively getting the problem resolved. Don't know if this is really a "con" but this is the only issue I'm having, but the company is very proactive, and we are working hard to get billing issue resolved. Most of the issues are outside of CareSmartz control but they still go the extra mile to get answers.

Reason for choosing CareSmartz360

ContinuLink was too expensive and the features we needed for EVV was going to be costly, CareSmartz was offering the same feature but was included in the asking price. Alora was not expensive, but the salesperson was coming off as dishonest which is why they lost our business, there was too many tells that I did not trust, they started with a price which was decent but after talking and saw what their competition was asking for( continuLink) the salesperson up the price. The document they sent over was a simple word document and it kind of gave Fraud and/or unethical vibes and to be honest I was turned off by the whole situation.

Caresmartz360 has helped our business run smoothly. We are currently in the process of switching payroll providers and they have worked closely with us and the new provider to ensure a smooth transition. They put great effort into ensuring our satisfaction.

Pros

The ease with which I can import my files directly to ADP is awesome, but the best part of caresmartz360 is the customer service. Any time I have a question or am having an issue, someone responds immediately and looks into the issue. They keep me updated with the status. They will create new reports if there is a more specific one that I need. An employee will zoom with me if necessary to ensure I am getting the information I need.

Cons

I have never had an issue that hasn't been fixed to my satisfaction.

Pros

Best feature in healthcare is to be able to backtrack on missing documentation as it is needed per regulations. Its an excellent feature because a lot of staff neglect completing documentation. This allows us to go back edit and or add necessary notes. That's a big deal

Cons

a lot of clicking too much clicking and searching , in healthcare your patient is priority if you spend a significant amount of time clicking and searching it takes away from your overall position, patient care focused

Pros

It was user friendly,inexpensive, customer service was excellent, and training was excellent! They truly want to make sure you understand the product after you purchase it and will help you in whatever way. I truly am impressed.

Cons

I honestly haven't found anything yet that I don't like. I am pretty impressed.

CareSmartz360 makes billing and invoicing much faster and easier since it integrates with Quickbooks online. It also has made payroll run smoother and faster.

Pros

We recently switched from Wellsky/ADL for Home Care to CareSmartz360. We find this software not only MUCH more inclusive with features and options, but customer service is always available with a chat box every time you log in, 24/7. We are still learning, but are finding it to make our daily operations run smoother and more efficiently.

Cons

Training was good, but a little short in the meetings. There is a pretty steep learning curve at first but this goes for any new software system.

We have been using Caresmartz360 since the EVV was implemented in the Commonwealth of Virginia. They have improved the features that came with the system. EVV billing has become easier as things change.

Pros

The software is easy for a novice to use to manage their homecare business, especially for aides who are out in the communities with little technical support.

Cons

Difficult for users to get to understand new features when available. Though there are trainings and technical support available for the users.

What I liked most about the software is how there are various ways to learn how use the app. For instance, there is costumer support, video tutorials, webinars, and word documents. There is practically, a method for every type of learner, even costumer support one on one trainings!

Cons

I really can’t think of any, when ever there is an issue, caresmarts is always on top of it.
