We love it and recommend it to every home care owner we know! Pros The scheduling system is hands-down the best feature – it’s a total game-changer. There's plenty of opportunity for personalization, and it should continue to work as my organization grows. Absolutely love the built in AI for in app help. This is the best I've ever experienced in any software I've used. I can get 95% of my questions answered quickly and easily using it. Backing it up with a real person makes it 100% Cons Old looking user interface, occasionally slow to load, Agency owner app has very little functionality, Some of the day to day operations are not intuitive (I don't need everything to be simple, but day to day stuff like scheduling should be).
