Super easy and quick feedback! Pros The process was very easy and straightforward. It listed all of the steps and told me exactly what documents I needed to upload. Pros What I love about Credentially is that it makes task easier and convenient, it also has a friendly feature where you're not gonna get lost in navigation throughout the process. Cons I hope NSO verification with just one click will be back soon. Additionally, I hope improvement on auto populating dates in documents sometimes fails whenever there is additional dates displayed in documents content. Cons The API is quite limited and is marked by poor design. There are no out-of-the-box integrations available. It made everything so much quicker and easier. Pros Everything was so easy. If it was already submitted, It was already uploaded. All I had to do was follow the prompts and fill in the gaps. Pros It is a stop shop for me as I get to view all the candidates we are currently Credentialing and monitor their documents and compliances. Cons It may be convenient if there was an app for Credentially. Reason for choosing Credentially It was easy to us for us employees.
