Pros

Nada. Son unos estafadores. No vuelvo a contratar a través de su plataforma.

Cons

SINVERGÜENZAS. Nunca más usaremos esta plataforma y por supuesto no la recomendamos. Alquilamos una casa para vacaciones. Pedimos ir a verla antes y nos dijeron que el \[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\] vivía en el extranjero y no era posible. Aún así fuimos a verla por fuera y resulta que el \[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\] vive justo al lado. Muy amablemente nos la enseño y al no coincidir con lo anunciado decidimos cancelar la reserva cumpliendo con los plazos y forma. Nos dijeron que nos devolverían el dinero pero durante mes y medio hemos estado reclamando lo y su respuesta es que administración está sobrecargada de trabajo y lo harán cuando puedan. Lo hemos tenido que denunciar a través de un despacho de abogados para que devuelvan el dinero. Vrbo no cumple con su garantía de reserva. Son cómplices al anunciar propiedades de estafadores y ellos no hacer nada para solucionarlo ni eliminar esas propiedades.

As a host it has every feature possible that you can imagine and has some things that airbnb doesn't.

Cons

I don't receive as many bookings as on airbnb.

Excessive emails and then lack of follow-up

Pros

Ease of use to book a trip. It was nice to be able to do this.

Cons

The actual product/service. It was difficult to find something that would work.

Pros

The software makes it extremely easy to compare different short term rentals. It makes the process a lot less tedious!

Cons

The only thing I think they can work on is the fees associated with using the software.

Pros

I love how you can filter exactly what you are looking for, and that you can keep in contact directly with the owner.

Cons

The customer service is not great at all, I find it very hard to get the answers I need.

Pros

I love that you can look up vacation destinations by amenities.

I don't like that you cant search by price point.
