Pros

I liked how Deskbird is easy to use, it’s value for money and the customer support is reasonably good too.

Cons

There was some glitches but customer support was on the case and sorted what needed fixed quite quickly.

Cons

layout/design flexibility lacking for branding. Doesn’t have the deep HR or project management tools some alternatives include. Some minor delays or hiccups reported with calendar syncing.

Pros

Deskbirds user friendly, simple, and clean layout makes it easy for my entire office to use! I enjoy being able to do everything I need with client management on one software.

Cons

I have no complaints about deskbird, the software has been very easy to understand, and if I ever have questions, their customer service is very helpful!

It has been decently good. I hope they bring in more customization features in coming days. As other WMPs are also rapidly developing we see Deskbird also keeping the same pace.

Pros

Deskbird helps me and make my team's work easy. It gives convenient access for scheduling and planning daily tasks.

Cons

It is not having customization features which is required for different tasks so have to use other platform alongside.

My overall experience was good, I feel like this App has a lot of potential and I will continue to use it.

Pros

I like that I am able to reserve meeting rooms through my phone, I find Deskbird convenient and useful.

Cons

The one thing that I found inconvenient was that it is a bit difficult to customize your settings. If there was more features I wouldn't have an issue.
