CHIIRP was exactly what we were looking for! We were able to get our business running smoothly with the automation features and integrate it with different apps and platforms that we use. It's also really affordable for businesses just starting out, and even for those who are a little more established. Pros I've been using CHIIRP for a while now, and I have to say that it's been an amazing tool. It's really helped me automate, connect and create more leads and sales. I had the opportunity to try out their newest features and they're really awesome. From now on I'll be using the new features to create, broadcast and turn my customers into raving fans for life! Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Chiirp - Service Titan, Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp and Customer Service" January 17, 2025 5.0 Overall, Chiirp has been a great tool for us. It just works. The integration with Service Titan makes everything so much smoother—like things are just running in the background the way they’re supposed to. I really appreciate how it lets us create automations based on whatever reports we need without overcomplicating things. It’s reliable, and that’s what matters most to me. The new UI is also a big improvement. I’ll be honest, it used to be kind of ugly, but now it’s clean, modern, and way easier to use. The customer service deserves a big shoutout too (Korth and Zeus- seriously, those names!) are quick, friendly, and always willing to hop on a call or help troubleshoot. They make it feel like you’re not just using a product but that you’ve got a team backing you up. Overall, Chiirp makes life a lot easier, and that’s worth a lot. Pros The best thing about Chiirp is the deep Service Titan Integration. Even YELP is natively integrated which you can't get at GHL and others. Some of the ones we use are Thumbtack, YELP, Angi Ads, Angi Leads, Google LSA Messages. The use to have.. well lets be honest.. a aesthetically ugly user interface, but they've since then given it quite a good facelift and it looks so much more modern now. The integration with Service Titan (who we use) is bar-none the best if that's a big factor for you in your purchase. Is can do automations based of any report you can generate. For example we have one that pulls everyone who left us a review and thanks them via text to make it more person (it auto grabs the technicians' name so it makes it seem like it's coming from the technician directly). Lastly the customer service is top notch. Especially from Korth and Zeus (which btw sound like greek Gods lol!) The turn around time is very quick and they'll help you get started and answer questions, jump on a call, come up with campaign ideas. Cons Only blunder for me with Chiirp is this is a Do-It-Yourself /Done-With-You (kind of). They should think about adding a Done-For-You package but remain competitive on the pricing. They’ll say anything to make a sale and load you up with false promises they can’t deliver on. Once they’ve got you signed, they stick you into a contract and then act like they’re doing you a favor if you want out—but of course, they keep your money and don’t refund a dime. Since COVID we lost our digital signatures, because nobody was signing on our phones. Now, it will text it over to their phone and they simply respond yes to agree. After we repair the windshield, the customer will get a text from me thanking them for the business and asking to leave us a review. In 8 years of business we only had 2 people go out of their way to leave a review. In 4 months of using CHIIRP we now have 129 with a 5 star rating! We have now done over $1,500 in purely organic online leads. Before CHIIRP we had zero. Thank you \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the CHIIRP team! You guys are Rockstars! Pros All of my technicians have their own personal landing pages right on their phones. Which, makes it so easy to put our customers through our process and track them every step of the way! CHIIRP built us an online funnel that has made it so simple to book with us. Cons No cons to report. Everything works perfectly, just like promised. It was as if they weren’t even listening to what we needed and were just trying to over sell us to fill there own pockets. Plumber Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Our experience with Chiirp" April 15, 2022 1.0 Our experience with Chiirp was really bad. We asked for help many times and sometimes heard nothing back for days. I feel as though these guys were annoyed with us for asking so many questions. We thought we would have had more support in setting it up. This was not the case, we requested meetings with them to help us out and they would schedule the wrong time in for the meeting because of the time difference. So they would be an hour early for meetings and have to cut our time short. The software also never worked properly for us. It messed our phone system up for a week. It messed our original software up that we used before. And throughout the process of us emailing and asking for help we were met with defensiveness and at some points heard nothing back. After nothing going right and having little to no help we actually asked for a refund and without even trying to salvage the relationship they just said yes no problem. Kind of bizarre they haven’t had more bad reviews. We got our money back and have moved on. Pros The software really didn’t work properly for us. The concept is really good but to be completely honest we really got no support in setting it up. The help button in the software never worked. The meetings were set up at wrong times because of time zone differences. We are owner/operators and just constantly had problems with the software. Cons We didn’t like the entire experience. I am not sure if they were just having a bad couple weeks but nothing worked properly when we set it up. And again we had zero support setting it up. Not only is the software great but so are the people at Chiirp. Very pleasant people and they give such a positive energy with a can do attitude which is refreshing They’ve been quick to help and very effective indeed Pros Well I’m only taking advantage of about 20% of what this software is capable and already the difference is excellent. We are front of mind with our customer database We provide a more professional service to our customers We have a much better follow up with estimates so that alone pays for Chiirp Cons That I didn’t find it sooner.
