Pros

Features could reduce sales and marketing team workload and easily for management to monitor the sales staff's conversation with customers.

Cons

Not user-friendly for the company without I.T department when you need to do data migration.

It definitely helps our company in terms of productivity.As our company got only 3 staff now, it's hard to respond to all the inquiries,but with the automation function by sleekflow, it helps us a lot.

Pros

\- Streamlined communication between team members✅- Improved organization and tracking of tasks and projects✅- Enhanced customer service through faster response times✅- Integration with other business tools and software for a seamless workflow- Ability to automate repetitive tasks for increased productivity- Increased scalability and flexibility as the business grows and expands

There no. of the Automation Rule of the Pro plan is only 10

Pros

Effective for customer support, sales and mass marketing as multiple users can use the same WhatsApp number to reply customers and send personalised messages at scale while linking it up to Shopify. Being able to connect other apps like Facebook Messenger and LINE and WeChat and Instagram is also great as it lets me connect with customers all over the globe.

Cons

Sometimes a little challenging to navigate, but at least there's an onboarding session that helps with that.
