Customer service has been exceptional. Pros As I continue to use FileJet, I have overcome some navigation issues. FileJet customer support team and account reps have been very prompt, responsive, patient and helpful during our platform initiation and entity boarding processes. The entity legal management data maintenance and reporting compliance tools are exactly what we needed to assist our clients. Cons The location of some of the entity records are in some instances counterintuitive. It can be a challenge to recoup per entity annual platform fee through client compliance work and filings. The invoicing process has not been seamless for our accounting department, but once we add our client ids to the data base we expect great improvement.
