## What is Opsyte?

Opsyte is a portal that allows the hospitality industry to simply manage their data. With functionality ranging from HR to cashing up, reporting and analytics, and invoice processing. Our Staff module brings you Employee Scheduling, and is created with busy managers in mind. As well as the scheduling functions you'd expect, you can also create templates which allow you to enter any regular shifts at the click of a button. We also have online/app based clocking in to keep your T&A accurate!

Good on the whole. I enjoy using Deputy.

Pros

Ease of use. Nice interface. Intuitive.

Cons

Staff can't see who they're scheduled to work with. Deputy was a bit better in this respect.

What we used so far we have an amazing experience with Opsyte. Always immediate customer service support, all requested adjustments have been made individually according to our company needs!

Pros

Very easy and transparent usage, safe a lot of time on manual work by entering all data automatically.

Cons

We using the software only for last 5 month, not all features and options tried. Only the best reviews so far

So far is good. It doesn't cause me any problems and I finish going through all invoices vweery swiftly.

Pros

Opsyte is very easy to use and very efficient. The user experience is well thought out and the features are very clear. It takes me very little time to complete reviewing all my invoices, which look pretty neat.

Cons

The 'quick view' feature is a bit slow. Feels like I am opening the file completely rather than being a quick view.

Pros

It is easy to get all in one place and keep track of their hours and annual leave accrual. Links to other systems, which takes away most of the human error (such as calculating the tronc+tips)

Cons

Some of the reports can't be customised.

Really enjoy it over other rostering packages I've used in the past. The weekly reports are very useful.

Pros

Very easy to use, a nice simple interface without any unnecessary extras.

Cons

The app layout isn't great and my most used features are hidden in the 'more' menu.

Excellent customer support. ONbaording and training process was efficient. Response rate to queries is very fast and super helpful.

Pros

Nice and ergonomic UI, quick to learn and easy to manipulate.

Waiting for a few features to be added that will make multi site managment a bit more powerful.

Would be nice if it could integrate communication software so I could also contact my manager/team members through this software. then everything really would be in one place!
