By using this tool there’s an opportunity to notice some problems which is useful when making choices, for instance in relation to inventory and time required for repairs. Cons I’ve found that there is a problem with the reporting process. Sometimes it can take much time to create custom reports, thus prolonging the analysis of the shop performance metrics, for instance when one needs to make it immediately.
