Despite this, Multiplier began sending us invoices without confirming the number of hires or offering any flexibility to adjust the subscription start date. Trying to get support or clarity from their assistance team has been an absolute nightmare—slow responses, no clear answers, and no resolution in sight. We deeply regret starting this process and sincerely hope to get out of this mess soon. If you are thinking of using this product save yourself the time and just burn 10,000 dollars and 100 of hours of time. Pros There is nothing good about this product, it doesn't do anything well Cons They got the payments wrong consistently, created liabilities for the employees and then refused to fix anything. We were bounced around from employee to employee who didnt know what they were doing and said that they were going to help. We spent in excess of 100 hours trying to get it working properly. They then refused to return our deposit when we tried to leave, in the end we needed to get lawyers involved for them to pay back the money they stole. Review Source FJL Frances June L. One time I asked about my pay from my freelance contract, a rep told me I haven't started yet so I won't be getting paid WHICH WAS WRONG BECAUSE MY PAY WAS ALREADY ON ITS WAY. another time I asked adding dependents to my insurance, it took them A WEEK TO REPLY with NO HELPFUL INFORMATION. I asked for the process of adding dependents, and was given a reply of "send an approval to add dependents." that was my whole freaking question. The fact that they could first put us out of compliance with payroll laws, then offer no immediate remedy (for weeks), and on top of that have be so difficult to use on their platform, unclear in their paystubs, and conflicting in their communication via their website and emails, is something I have never seen from an HR/Finance provider in my career to date. As a manager of affected employees, the financial strain this placed on them was unprecedented, and the response from Multiplier was totally lacking. We were lucky to be able to take emergency measures and communicate to avoid immediate staff losses, but I cannot speak any lower of Multipliers service to us. Pros They were an international EOR, which promised to make our payroll & benefit management for remote employees across several countries more simplified and centralized. Cons They committed numerous violations of employment law by repeatedly failing to pay employees as directed, which caused a serious crisis for our business and incurred significant costs in both funds and time to rectify. This was further exacerbated by their poor communication, both to management and our employees. Employees had no dedicated rep to contact, and were given vague and even conflicting answers by the different contacts they spoke to at Multiplier. Our management dealt with delayed and poor responses from their team, and at least three separate payrolls were short or late, each time for a new reason cited by Multiplier that we were not briefed about in our implementation and which were never an issue with our previous provider. You can manage all of your employment needs - from onboarding and paying to terminating- from literally anywhere. We were able to generate employment contracts, offer competitive benefits and pay employees on time with just one partner. We were able to scale fast and risk-free.
