Yes, 360Learning is an incredible tool, but it would not be what it is without the people there to guide their clients. I also love the interactive component which encourages employees to engage with colleagues within the training sessions. I love the relatively new feature: video pitch. It's a great way to keep employees engaged and interacting with training sessions, while removing the traditional powerpoint. I also love how user-friendly this platform is. I will admit it took me awhile to feel comfortable enough to start creating content, however once I got over that hump, I couldn't believe how straightforward it is to use. Cons The only potential downside is not having enough people internally to work on getting 360Learning up and running in your company. This of course depends on what your company's current training sate is like. Personally, we are trying to create an entire training program within 360 from basically the ground up. There are very few personnel dedicated to working on this project so it's extremely heavy lifting for us. However, for companies that already have training programs in place and are looking to improve them, this would be much easier to leverage. Additionally, if companies had more personnel resources that could be assigned to own the project, that of course would make it easier as well. However, this can be avoided obviously through personnel, but also through third parties. Personally, we have had a great experience working with OpenSesame for this. Review Source Ina L. My contact person in Germany is always available and cheers me on every step of the way. It's a great relationship and that makes it easier overall. IT systems are never perfect, but there are people here who have high expectations of the product. Pros Until now, we had an easy time getting the system online. The staff like to use the app as well as the desktop version. Most of them understood very quickly how to use the system. Not everything is easy to understand at first glance, but it is constantly evolving and feedback is always very welcome from the support team. Cons There are a few things that would make it easier. Example:Displaying the homepage, being able to assign passwords, being able to assign modules,... Reason for choosing 360Learning The tool is dynamic and promotes communication. We could get up to speed very quickly in using it, to create content and secure our first launch of training programs. The Customer Success teams have been very available and willing to onboard us effectively which helped us a lot to reach this goal. Overall, the platform's flexibility makes us confident enough to adapt our on-site program into effective blended ones. Whether with the sales teams at the beginning of the project or with the client success partner during the deployment phase, the 360learning teams are really attentive and in a support process. The support is responsive and effective. The proposed workshops are privileged moments to exchange with the client community. Finally, the return of my collaborators and customers who use the platform is positive at all levels. We have been able to deploy our platform and distribute our content in a limited time but in an efficient manner and within the planned budgets. And this on more than 15 sites throughout the territory. I use the platform on a daily basis to disseminate training content, course materials or procedures. Pros The user interface is modern and nice. The functional cover is perfectly adapted to our needs. The tool integrates in one place the creation interface (LMS) and the broadcast interface, which is a real plus. Creating content and distributing it is really simple and effective. Finally, statistics and reporting make it possible to change the content in near real-time based on user feedback. January 20, 2020 5.0 We have had a phenomenal experience with 360 Learning so far. The support staff are responsive and Andrea, the Customer Success Director, has kept in contact throughout all stages of implementation to ensure a successful company launch. After completing the comprehensive digital learning training through the Engagement Academy, I felt very comfortable as an administrator and course author to begin building engaging training programs immediately. Pros This software is easy to use. It took over a year for our team to vet different LMS systems, but we ultimately chose 360 Learning because it provided everything we needed in an LMS system. Our company currently has just under 200 team members and as we grow we needed a way to get training out to our geographically dispersed teams quickly and efficiently. 360 is going to allow us to do just that. This platform was so attractive to us because it is easy enough for someone without a formal background in learning and development to create really effective training with just a few simple instructions. Cons I like everything about the platform and am excited about the upgrades that are getting rolled out! The only thing I hope can be made available in future upgrades would be the ability to show multiple quiz questions on the same page. Reason for choosing 360Learning Ease of use for non-L&D professionals. We wanted to create effective training throughout the entire company while eliminating the bottlenecks associated with only have 1-2 instructional designers. With 360 Learning our instructional designers can work with SMEs and teach them how to author training content. This way engaging training is being created in multiple departments simultaneously getting our team members the knowledge they need as they need it. We also like the Public Channel functionality that 360 Learning offers which would give us the ability to create training for our external customers as well as our internal customers. They provide various channels to obtain support, on top of the already intuitive features. Pros 360Learning allows employees to upskill others in the organization by sharing their expertise. The authoring tool is very user friendly. With minimal training on how to make the content engaging, anyone can create engaging courses for learners. The social features are also an important aspect; introducing new technology is challenging in itself, but the ability for learners to discuss with each other and interact with the instructor of the content makes the experience more aligned with in-person training they are accustomed to. Cons There are some functions in the platform that can use work, such as the blended learning feature. However, from my experience, 360Learning has shown its commitment to continuously improving the platform with frequent updates and prompt response to user feedback. The features that I find could be improved are not essential to my use of the software, but I do hope to be addressed soon. Pros Onboarding was seamless and the team was great throughout. I have attended several events organized by 360Learning, both online and offline and they've been very useful each time. The platform take a bit to get used to but their e-learning is very well done and their learning community has proven very useful in the first few months. Cons The globalization option (to have the platform in several languages) was sometimes tricky and time consuming to use for us but I believe this will be improved soon.
