Pros

Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. :) The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that.

Cons

We haven't had any real issues to be completely honest, it has been extremely helpful for us.

ReturnGO has been an incredibly valuable tool for our business. From day one, it streamlined our returns process, saving time for both our team and our customers. What I appreciate most is their consistent support — whether it was setup questions in the beginning or troubleshooting down the line, the team has always been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. After using it for over two years, I can confidently say it’s reliable, user-focused, and always improving. It’s rare to find an app that grows with you, but ReturnGO does just that.

Pros

ReturnGO has drastically simplified our returns process. It’s user-friendly for both our team and our customers, and the automation saves us hours of manual work. Their support team is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with — responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The frequent feature updates and integrations show they’re committed to evolving with merchants' needs.

Cons

There was a slight learning curve when setting up the rules and parameters for returns/exchanges. It took a little trial and error to fully understand how everything worked, but the support team was very helpful in guiding us through it. Once it’s set up, it runs smoothly.

You need to be an expert and quite smart in setting this app up. If not, the team is always there to help you out and assist you in the process.

Pros

The app has a very detailed return reasoning system, where you can define outcomes based on SKU, price, country, product line code, you name it. You can set different prices, different charges, block certain products or customers etc. The team is still very responsive and does actually solve issues for me. Before I chose for this app, I had meetings with 10+ other apps to see if they have the functionality I need. ReturnGO had all of them for a reasonable price compared to some of the others. If you are not doing many returns they offer an affordable plan where you can still get some extra features for add-on prices.

Cons

This ultimate flexibility in terms of setting the return policies does make the app very complex to setup. Especially if you are dealing with multiple prices for different countries. It would have made my life a lot easier if it was possible to set up a general policy that would overrule all policies. And it would also be a big improvement to be able to set the different pricing at a country level. I would therefore set the ease of implementation at an expert level. I had a hard time integrating my carrier contracts. But the team did a great job in creating a custom integration with sendcloud for me.

The automation functions streamline processes to facilitate customers and merchant interactions. Their customer service is fast and accessible and strive to help with any situation. All this for a reasonable price. Would recommend ReturnGo to anyone looking for a return management platform.

I wish their analytics section/reports provided more data.

Pros

Not only has the platform proven to provide a great experience for my customers, but the attentive staff at ReturnGO has been exceptional at helping me piece together a solution that works for our store and use cases.

Cons

Very little to dislike, I could nit-pick anything apart, but ReturnGO deserves credit as one of the best solutions on the market for small businesses and larger ecommerce stores alike.

Pros

ReturnGo has a really easy to use interface for our customers, and allows our agents to track returns from the initial request to receipt of the return at our fulfillment center. It has allowed us to easily provide our customers with prepaid return labels straight from our website without requiring any agent action in nearly every case. The customer facing returns interface was also able to be customized to meet our brand's preferences.

Cons

When we experience issues with ReturnGo (which are few and far between), sometimes it can take a bit of time to reach a resolution. We do sometimes have complex requirements, though, and the ReturnGo staff is very responsive and eager to help.

One thing that was recently fixed was being able to reactivate a closed return. The only thing i'd like to see now which is probably available in different subscriptions is changing a return to an exchange and vice versa.

Pros

It's very easy to use on the front end, where our customers are able to easily access their order and choose the item they would like to return along with the reason for the return. Our customers have been very happy with the easiness of the process and user interface. On the backend it's also very easy to use and only requires 3 steps for every single return, saving us time. The best part is that is costs around 80% less than other return solutions which is great for companies that don't have a high volume of returns and aren't looking to spend hundreds of dollars every month on a high quality returns app.

Cons

Can only be done from desktop computer, not mobile. That would be my only suggestion/
