The beauty of Indy is how all-in-one it is. Instead of having to pay for multiple subscriptions, I can just use Indy and have access to all of the features I need. This alone is a big time and money savings. Pros I love how all-in-one Indy is. Instead of having to purchase or pay subscriptions for multiple software solutions, I can just use Indy and have access to a CRM, invoicing and payment platform, time tracking tool, contract manager/creator, and more. I also like that I don't have to learn multiple software platforms and bounce between them. This is a huge time savings when I am trying to meet a project deadline. Cons Some features of Indy are paywalled behind a higher tier. While this is not a dealbreaker when using the software, some more advanced features such as time tracking and time tracking invoice integration are not available to entry-level users. Pros I really love how I can invoice my clients in their currency, and offer them different payment methods. This sounds so easy but has been a tremendous challenge for me to solve! Cons I found some of the layouts not as beautiful or customizable as other options but the team took up suggestions I had and implemented them so my rectangle logo looks a lot better on the invoices.
