I really like the possibilities of automations there. Huge playground which is not possible in Linkedin. This type of tools is great for B2B companies.

Cons

It is not cloud tool. To run automations your computer must be running.

I am now trying pro licence because its power. Is helping me to do much more quickly many campaigns I'm running at the same time

Pros

It's customer support is excellent. Quick replies, and great help. They help me to resolve any question I have. Lead generation is the best, tidy and cheaper way to contact leads or make you organization grow.

Cons

What I dislike is unfortunatelly what's neccessary. It's the time it takes to do some actions, but it's the only way to preserve your account secure from blocking

Easy to learn, efficient, reliable. I like the statistics, the support is excellent. I really like the way Linked Helper 2 works. I've generated over 800 super great leads so far in a few weeks.

Pros

This is the absolutely best tool to make leads generation by automation. Bullet proof system, can't be compared to systems like Dux Soup etc. This is it!

Cons

There is no negative part, except my IT department needed to adjust the security settings localy on my laptop. That isn't a issue though.

It is saving me many hours doing the necessary activity automatically as per the guardrails I have put in. I have a steady flow of responses to my outreach, or connection requests.

Cons

It would be great if I could get more done in a day on there, but I understand why it works as it does.

Linkedin Helper has very good balance between not being too hard to master and giving good usability.

Cons

Lacks some advanced abilities. If you want a more capable system you will need a much more expensive system, but it's good for what it does.

Very effective at what it does, works fast, allows me to add multiple accounts, run campaigns in each and manage it all from one single interface.

Cons

Just the ability to export campaigns would be great, currently it doesn't exist as a feature and it would greatly help the workflow be faster.

Would also like to mention that LH2's help team is truly outstanding. All questions and concerns are answered within 5 minutes, and they're incredibly knowledgable.

Pros

Effective tool for managing clients' LinkedIn accounts. We use LH2 to schedule posts, do managed commenting, automate connection request campaigns, and messaging campaigns. This has made my agency offer more potent.

Cons

The UX takes some getting used to. Even so, as a "non-tech guy," it's pretty straightforward.

Cons

If a person hasn't updated their end dates on LinkedIn, it doesn’t pick up on them changing companies. There is always a few people that have multiple companies as "current employee"

Using Linked Helper has been like unlocking a new level of productivity in my professional outreach. I was able to build campaigns that felt personal without having to type each message myself. The message chains didn’t sound robotic they sparked real conversations with real people. Getting started wasn’t exactly plug-and-play. The interface had me clicking around for a while before things began to click. Once I understood how everything linked together (pun intended), it became smoother but it took some patience upfront. I spend a lot of time managing tasks on my phone, so I did wish Linked Helper worked better on mobile. It’s definitely a desktop-first tool, which makes travel days or coffee shop work a bit more cumbersome.

Cons

Linked Helper has definitely boosted my LinkedIn outreach efforts, it’s not all smooth sailing. There are a few things that could be improved to make the experience more intuitive and flexible. At first, I found it a bit overwhelming. The interface isn’t exactly beginner-friendly, and it took a fair amount of trial and error to get campaigns running smoothly. A more guided onboarding would really help. I usually handle a lot on the go, but Linked Helper doesn’t feel optimized for mobile workflows. It leans heavily toward desktop, which slows me down when I’m away from my main setup. Occasional Technical Glitches: Sometimes I’ve noticed it can be a bit buggy like failed messages or slow campaign responses. It’s not a dealbreaker, but when you’re trying to maintain momentum, those hiccups can be frustrating.

I use Linked Helper almost every day and it is a wonderful work companion. Its wide variety of campaigns and features makes it great for an infinite use-cases.

Pros

Linked Helper 2 is a great time-saver. It is the tool I've waited for years. It automates a wide variety of workflows with very fine-grained details. BONUS: the human-error is completely eliminated from the workflows. The time it saves is much more precious than its subscription.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the lack of campaign syncing between the machines. If I want to take the travel laptop with me and leave the heavy one home I always have to transfer the backups manually and make sure they are in sync.

Everything. I've been using this for so many years now and the app has just gotten better and better. Recently I have to move the app from one computer to another computer and it was so smooth and seemless. And the tech support is super fast

Nothing. It's amazing. Tomorrow if they come up with a cloud version it would nice, but I'm sure that would increase the costs, so I actually prefer the non-cloud version

Pros

I think this is the most sophisticated LinkedIn Automation Tool on the market. I've testes a few in that price range and nothing compares to LH. I have yet to find a scenario I can not automate with LH! You have SOOO many options to personalize your campaigns and sequences - all built around mimicking real human behavior. They also have built in "safety limits" to protect your account. You can even adjust them for each action individually. For outreach, you can multiple variations of messages and even modify them even more with Spintax. Of course, the downside that comes with so much options is complexity. But they have a great help center and honestly one of the best supports on the market. They dont answer within days, or hours, but minutes! And when they do, it is high quality. Couldn be more happy! Highly recommend.

Cons

A little bit complex in setting up. The only thing I miss is conditional logic / creates "routes" based on accept / answer etc.

Have been doing mailings for over a year now, using only Linked Helper and Make to upload responses. We started with 3 accounts, at the peak we had 36 and everything was great, no lags or bugs, and if something popped up, tech support quickly solved my problem

Easy to use, quality tech support, cheap, clear and intuitive interface, easy customization of campaigns

Cons

Not a server solution, you need to deploy either on your laptop or buy a server separately. At the same time, it is cheaper than using other services

It's great software and installs on your computer. That you can stop the campaigns anytime for any reason, and pick it back up when you're ready. And how it greatly mimics human behavior so LinkedIn doesn't pick up on it. And they had outstanding customer support! Experts, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

Cons

There really wasn't any cons, or what I liked least about it. It was pretty straightforward on how to use it.

I would love it to have white background instead of Black as I think it is easier on my eyes but it doesn't stop the functionality.
