Switched from [Leankeep](https://www.capterra.com/p/216786/Leankeep-Hotel/) A interface do TracOs é muito intuitiva para as pessoas que não são do ramo da manutenção. Na empresa onde trabalho atualmente, os usuários solicitantes do sistema (quem abre as ocorrências/tickets/chamados) não tem muita experiencia com CMMS e às vezes nem muita instrução, então uma interface amigável contribuiu bastante para a adaptação dos usuários à ferramenta. Adicionalmente, a implantação que estamos realizando atualmente é na Colombia, isso significa que o idioma poderia ser uma barreira para a implantação, ao menos para alguns dos softwares que consideramos no roll-out. Enquanto o TracOs oferece uma experiencia incrível nesse sentido, outros softwares como por ex. o leankeep, o software mais limitado dos que tive a oportunidade de trabalhar, sequer oferecem suporte em linguas estrangeiras. The problems with Tractian are mostly related with the platform interface. Pros Their support is great, very helpful and accurate, they are really open for suggestions and customizations in the platform, they hear the clients. The equipments are easy to install, the 24h monitoring and the diagnosis of the problem inthe insight helps to have a quicker response to the problem. Cons The platform is a bit rigid, you can't see how the dashboards are generated, what is the background logic for it. The platform app for mobile is slow and does not have all the features the desktop one does, I think the app could have a simpler layout and yet contain all features. Review Source RB Ronaldo B.
