"Easy to use"

**Overall:** It was fun to use, easy to use, very user friendly software, liked the app too. I would recommend it if you are a small company.

**Pros:** It is very easy to use. It had almost all what I needed when I was a small company. Growing into a bigger company we needed more, like: calendar, more accounts (so installers will see their schedule) Price is good. Customer support is good too.

**Cons:** Not enough options like project managing, customer portal, messaging, no calendar, no integrations with marketing suite. No place where I can do notes while I am estimating the project

**Reasons for Choosing Joist:** price is was much cheaper than Jobber but for bigger company you need to pay more.

"Great app for beginning businesses"

**Overall:** Overall, loved the app for the price. They started adding things every year that made it better and better. Unfortunately, we had to change to something that would work for our business in project management as that seriously lacked.

**Pros:** Value for monday, invoicing, estimate and invoice creation. Easy to use, could make estimates in person. Overall, a great app to use if you are starting out.

**Cons:** Very poor on project management, scheduling jobs, no opportunity to ask for Google reviews, didn't ask for a tip.
