The most hate I talked about already above for the menu editing. Please fix the issue. Our salmon options keeping being taken off from the menu fo no reason. Customers called us to ask how come we don’t have salmon. It caused losing customers. If you can not fix it, we have to think about change partnerships Pros Lower cost on commission comparing to other platforms such as ubereats, grubhub. Also you can add the link button on your own website. Cons Menu is bad. Keep having technical issue. Some of options are keeping being disappeared. We have to spend so much time on editing these back to menus. And all the promotions not showing on the ordering page to attract customers’ eye. The addition of customer loyalty programs and updated website features have been a bonus. Customer Service is top tear. Overall, I've had a great experience. Pros I've been with Chownow for 4 years. I love everything about the platform- the App, Order Management, and the Customer Loyalty Program. Cons I was able to create email marketing in the past. I no longer see that option. That was a bummer. I would love to see this added or something else put i place to create equal value. There are some huge fees added that i can't explain to the customer. An example.. I had a customer to place an order from my website, for pickup. the order total was $60 dollars and the additional fee was $18. Cons This isn't just Chow Now but I believe if a customer has a need for something and you all have the technology and team behind you all to make things better or to create new offerings, I feel like it should be doable! The customer service is top notch, and I feel the person on the other side is truly trying to help me. Pros The look of the user interface and simplicity for the customer. It's also a great mobile devise interface. Cons POS integration with OTTER. When something goes wrong, it's difficult to find and fix the issue. I've had several occasions where OTTER says it's a Chow Now issue, and Chow Now says it's an OTTER issue. And that there is no commission, just a set monthly subscription. I also like that we can offer delivery to our customers by seamlessly integrating with third party delivery platforms. Their customer service is A+. Cons That I cannot build in a lead time for long prep menu items. For example, I would like to have our entire catering menu available for ordering for a lead time of at least 24 hours. Seriously. Why do they continue giving away a big percentage of their profits to these other companies? Add on top of that ChowNow's excellent customer service, their integration with leading POS systems, and their help with marketing/promotion, and you've got an unbeatable combination. Sign up with them. Pros We like the flexibility ChowNow gives us to keep growing and expanding our business without spending hard earned dollars on another location or a large ad budget. After working with them over the past few years, we've expanded to offer our menu to a very large chunk of our city. Cons There is nothing I like least about ChowNow, and I would recommend them to anybody without reservation. It’s a useful tool for growing my business and staying connected with loyal customers. Pros It has its own app, which makes it very convenient for customers to place orders directly without going through third-party platforms. This helps build customer loyalty and saves on commission fees. Cons I have to manually print the orders from the computer. It would be better if it could print automatically. They’re lacking a lots of features that I believe that they should have but the features they currently have work well. Pros Customer care is good and software works well.
