The customer service has also been very good — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when we’ve needed support. The GUI is nice. The team is responsive. We switched from Maxio after using them for several years and are much happier...not to mention, grateful for the lower pricing! Pros Flexible revenue recognition...on par if not better than Maxio, our previous revenue recognition vendor. We love the customer waterfall feature and the ability to catch errors and correct on the spot. Also love the clever way to treat prepaid usage and the ability to find and amortize prepaid expenses. We keep running in to broken transaction links and hiccups with some of our complex invoices.
