### "A Great Way to Buy Now and Pay Later"

I enjoy using Afterpay for both personal and business and will continue to use this software.

Pros

I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

Cons

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

Pros

Afterpay is a life saver! Times have been tough! And I’ve really relied on Afterpay to help with groceries! What I really like is the entire purpose of Afterpay! Pay it later and with that there aren’t outrageous charges added to anything!

Cons

Perhaps the return process, or adjustments are sometimes confusing. That could very much be my own understanding.

Pros

Afterpay helps me easily spread payments out over time. I love how many places offer Afterpay as a payment option now!

Cons

I have not had any issues with Afterpay. The app is great and helps me track any payments that I need to make so I never miss anything!

### "No understanding from customer service "

Pay in 4 I. Great however if you have a bank issue that isn’t your fault and you miss one payment you lose all your pay in 4 credit you build up and the customer service doesn’t care.

Pros

Being able to make payments in 4 is awesome. I built up a pay in 4 of almost 700$ but my card was stolen and while waiting on a new card I missed one payment and lost all of it and had to start over. Customer service didn’t care and I’m not sure if I care to use it anymore like I was using it.

Cons

My debit card was stolen and I was waiting on a new card. I missed one payment and the seven hundred dollar account I built up went back down to one hundred. When I tried to explain to customer service they didn’t care and said I had to start over.

I use Afterpay often. As well as my friends who are now regulars. It’s a great pay system that allows people to split payments up and pay overtime instead of just using a credit card.

Pros

I just recently found Afterpay. I am glad I did as it’s a wonderful program that I’ve passed around to my friends and it’s been a success.

Cons

I did find it difficult contacting someone when I needed to or just had a question. I wish they had more merchants.

Suck and i am not a person to skip a payment but my bank account was hacked and they do not take into accoton timely payment they punish us

Pros

They lower my balance from 500 to 30 dollars after a missed payment due to fraud on my account i just paid them off and im done! Hello Klarna!!! By Afterpay!

Cons

Balance on account account significantly . Du to a missed payment they will reduce you money balance and thats not fair im leaving...balance paid in full

Overall, Afterpay is an awesome platform and I'm glad it became popular. I like the convenience, affordable monthly payments, easy account management and that it's super user friendly. They have a mobile app and you can access it on a computer. Super convenient and easy to learn.

Pros

I absolutely love Afterpay. The no interest and affordable payments make purchasing something that is expensive a lot easier. It's super convenient and easy to sign up. There aren't any hard credit checks and a lot of retailers use the platform.

Cons

Obviously a downfall is that there are late fees if you don't make the payments on time and sometimes it may lead certain people to spend more than they think they can afford monthly.

Overall, I absolutely love it! I would recommend it to anyone. I love being able to purchase something that is of high value and given the opportunity to pay over time.

Pros

I loove Afterpay! It is super convenient and allows you to get more for your money and make payments over time.

Cons

Not a lot of stores use After pay, so sometimes you were limited to what you could used it for. But most likely, you will find one of your favorite stores or brands that offer it.

Pros

I like it because it is so convenient. It is a fast and secure way to purchase goods. It allows you the time needed in your budget to procure the goods you need immediately without putting a strain on your account.

Cons

I have had no problems thus far with afterpay. They clearly state and update you about your payment plan.

I love them personally. They were my first split payment option to my website. I did have an issue where they didn't have my payment bank information correct so payments were stuck for 4 months with them, but they resolved it once they figured it out.

Pros

I love when I added this back in 2018 it instantly added to sales within my company. A lot of consumers are dealing with the pandemic and need to place orders on a payment plan, this helps. The moment I saw inception of this on my website my sales started to boost.

Cons

I do feel that it is a bit expensive however, I think that it is a must have since 25-30% of our customers use Afterpay.

Terrible, I would never recommend this app. They say that they updated their privacy yet unauthorized purchases of over $200 have been made on my account. Refusing to reverse the funds although they can see them and can reverse before processing

Pros

The only good thing about the app is how excited I am to receive me REFUND!!! and delete it

Cons

The customer service is slow and terrible. Having to speak to AI while trying to handle an unauthorized purchase made on my account is frustrating. They can see the unauthorized purchase and still won't return my money until a dispute is made which will take 2-3 weeks.

I made an order and paid for it through Afterpay. My order was not delivered by USPS. The post office either lost it or stole it. The representative from the site where I bought the item said that I need to contact Afterpay and return the money. After writing an email to Afterpay, I received a response that they will not return the money. And I have to find the missing parcel myself.

Pros

The best thing is to never deal with Afterpay. You will save your money, nerves and time

Cons

My experience has been great thus far, I love that payments automatically withdraw that way I do not need to check daily if a payment is due, it is automatically withdrawn. Very effective and easy to use.

Pros

What I like most about Afterpay is that patients can make payments every two weeks rather than one sum of their total.

There is currently no issues I have had or features that I dislike.

Afterpay is the second most used form of payment on my website and since adding it to my website, overall sales on a monthly basis has doubled. Everyone loves the idea of paying off their full balance in installments and Afterpay would always be my first choice to do that.

Pros

I love how easy Afterpay is to use. The layout for customers and the merchant portal is so simplistic and straight to the point. Everything is so easy to access whether I want to check all my current purchases using Afterpay or whether I want to access all of my customers purchases from my website through my merchant portal. The integration was very quick and easy and the process to apply for Afterpay went very smoothly.

Cons

I’ve been with Afterpay for nearly 2 years and I have never ran into any kind of issues using this Afterpay as a customer or as a business owner. Everything has met my expectations thus far.

We run on Shopify making our integration with the app basically a plug-and-play experience. It took us at most 2 days to get running with their system.

Pros

AfterPay allows customers to purchase what they want, when they want, without waiting for their next pay period. The payment processing system has increased our total cart value. AfterPay has become a great way for our wholesale clients to put only 25% down on their large purchases and by the time they have re-sold our products, they can easily pay off their balances early with AfterPay.

Cons

Customers have mentioned that they wish AfterPay was more widely accepted at all retailers. AfterPay's customer profiles and analytics could be a lot stronger in the dashboard. We would love to know more about our customer's shopping habits, likes, and dislikes. We also have customers who were gladly accepted by Klarna (their competitor), but they can't make a single AfterPay purchase.

AfterPay has stronger brand name recognition.
