### "Meaningful Automation That Improves Release Confidence"

December 30, 2025

4.0

Overall, our experience with QA Wolf has been very positive. They deliver high-quality, reliable test automation and operate with a strong partnership mindset. While early expectations around test creation speed needed alignment, the team was transparent, receptive to feedback, and ultimately delivered on their commitments. The biggest value comes from their ownership of test maintenance and investigation, which meaningfully reduces regression effort and improves release confidence. QA Wolf feels less like a vendor and more like an extension of our QA/QE team, and we’ve continued to expand the partnership as value became clear.

Pros

High-quality, maintainable end-to-end tests that meaningfully replace manual regression—not shallow automation. Strong communication and a true partnership mindset; the team feels like an extension of our QA/QE organization. Clear ownership of test maintenance, flake investigation, and reporting, which keeps the signal reliable and actionable. Transparent delivery and realistic planning once expectations were aligned. Flexible commercial model that allows test coverage to evolve as product priorities change.

Cons

Early expectations around test creation speed were set more aggressively during the sales cycle than what delivery could realistically support. ROI modeling required clarification and deeper alignment on assumptions to be truly meaningful for our operating model. Test velocity ramps up over time as domain knowledge is built, so value is strongest after the initial onboarding period rather than immediately.

### "QA Wolf - Premium automated regression testing - and a premium customer experience as well"

December 30, 2024

5.0

QA Wolf was brought onboard to assist in automating a suite of then-manual tests run by our team of QA analysts. The goal was to increase test coverage and provide the ability for the company to deploy releases on a faster schedule while also reducing the amount of manual regression testing being handled by our in-house team. We were aiming for 80%+ test coverage. We had been using a competitive solution which utilized 'gig'-testers online to manually test in bulk, but we were unpleased with the results, flexibility and flakiness of the testing itself.

Pros

QA Wolf was stellar from engagement through to initial delivery and ongoing service. Without much prompting or training from us, they not only matched our existing suite of tests, but also proposed a litany of additional tests, some we hadn't even anticipated or hadn't been able to cover in the past manually. Moreover, they were able to automate test processes that our previous vendor was not able to, broadening the impact of their service. We definitely feel like a premium partner, instead of just another customer - they take time to understand their clients and their needs and do what's needed to meet them. The commitment to the customer is paramount, and you definitely feel that in the engagement with all of the team members. And that's on top of a solid service and technology footing.

Cons

Nothing - the lack of native Mac and mobile testing is apparently being addressed by the product team, so we're looking forward to that.

Unpleased with the results, flexibility and flakiness of the testing itself. It wasn't as easy to expand testing coverage as expected. Could not test API calls.

### "A True Partner in Scalable Test Automation"

February 13, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience has been outstanding. Over the past six months, QA Wolf has significantly strengthened our testing discipline and improved our release confidence. They’ve helped us move toward a more automated, reliable QA process without adding internal overhead. Their team is proactive, transparent, and focused on delivering measurable results. We’ve seen tangible improvements in coverage, defect detection, and deployment confidence. I would absolutely recommend them to any company looking to scale quality assurance in a structured and sustainable way.

Pros

What stood out most about QA Wolf was their ability to take full ownership of our test automation strategy and execute at a very high level. Their team is responsive, technically strong, and extremely process-driven. They don’t just write tests — they think through edge cases, failure scenarios, and long-term maintainability. The speed at which they built meaningful coverage and the consistency of their communication have been exceptional. It truly feels like an extension of our internal engineering team.

Cons

There honestly hasn’t been much to dislike. As with any external partnership, there was an initial ramp-up period while they learned our product and workflows, but that process was structured and efficient. Once they were up to speed, the collaboration has been seamless.

### "Reliable and Convenient Test Automation"

September 25, 2025

5.0

My experience with QA Wolf has been positive. It's an easy-to-use platform, and the team is always very attentive and knowledgeable, which makes a significant difference.

Pros

QA Wolf offers a user-friendly platform that simplifies test automation. Their deep case analysis results in stable tests, and their attentive team quickly addresses any failures. It's incredibly convenient that they handle both the execution and maintenance of all test cases.

Cons

The only improvement I'd suggest is the addition of an instant reporting mechanism, and I know the team is already working on implementing this feature.

### "Qa Wolf has helped increase confidence in our code"

September 29, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with QA Wolf has been awesome. They are extremely helpful and have built a really cool product. They’ve helped us feel more confident when releasing new code and are always friendly and supportive whenever we need them.

Pros

There are two things that I really enjoy the most about QA Wolf. First, the response time when tests fail. They’re really quick to respond and alert us when workflows are failing. Second is the ability for us to run automated tests not just in our static testing environments, but also in ephemeral environments. This is huge for my team because it means we can catch breaking changes earlier in the development process.

Cons

I don’t really have anything that I dislike about QA Wolf. I would say that it would be nice if users could have the ability to mark a run as a test run or something similar, so that the QA Wolf team knows not to start alerting people when things fail. This is helpful if I’m deploying a branch to an environment to test my changes and might expect failures. It would help avoid unnecessary alerts and threads.

### "I would recommend QA Wolf to other professionals and companies."

September 2, 2025

5.0

QAW has helped make it easier for us to create and maintain an E2E automated test suite. We just need to do what we do best which is understand our customers and build the best product we can build to serve them. We explain to QAW what we're trying to do and that we are trying to do it with high quality and then they take us to the finish line with the E2E test.

Pros

QA Wolf has helped with our automated test coverage. Bugs and regressions are bad however it's a great feeling to know you caught one before a customer ever experienced it. For example a QAW test that was working all of a sudden failed in our dev environment and we notified a dev to fix the issue they introduced before it is released to our customers. I like that we have daily tests that run and even hourly for the really sensitive things. We can add more tests to make sure we have enough coverage. Getting a coverage request started is easy and the team lets you know everything they need to take it to the finish line. The team is really engaged and will respond then loop in the relevant subject matter experts if needed.

Cons

Not necessarily a negative but part of change at every company: We've had a great experience with the folks on our account but that can always change as people grow and move on. Sometimes you can tell when a newer QAW teammate has joined as they have to learn the product before they can properly identify bugs within it. On the opposite side, the folks who know our product really stand out in what they're able to catch and flag for us. We really hope they're around for the long haul because we're going to keep growing and need their help. I can't speak to the cost however I feel we are getting great value and our account manager is frequently meeting with us to push us to keep sending them tests to write for us.

### "We've cut our investment in building and maintaining automation by 80% "

August 13, 2025

5.0

Outstanding experience. During our pilot of 3 months it became very clear the value it would add for us. From the first interaction to our current relationship, I would give a 5 out of 5.

Pros

As a CTO, I’ve always managed QA automation in-house. At HireVue, we had a large team dedicated to building and maintaining a Selenium framework for years. The reality was that our engineers spent an inordinate amount of time fixing flaky tests instead of driving innovation. The maintenance overhead was simply too high. This time in my career, I was determined to find a better way, which led me to QA Wolf. The difference has been night and day. The QA Wolf team got a comprehensive regression suite up and running for us during their 90-day pilot—a feat that would have taken my internal team over nine months to accomplish. The immediate impact was a game-changer, and the decision to move forward was easy. What stands out about QA Wolf is its turnkey service model. They handle all the test investigation and upkeep, freeing our engineering team from the constant burden of flaky tests and maintenance. Their test suites are also incredibly fast, giving us the quick feedback we need to deploy changes confidently and without delay. The onboarding process was seamless, and the QA Wolf team has proven to be an exceptional partner, always ready to help and share best practices. Their support truly feels like an extension of our own team—or as I like to say, "One Team, One Heart"—which makes all the difference. Thanks to QA Wolf, our regression testing is now solid and reliable, giving us significantly more confidence in every release. We've cut our investment in building and maintaining automation by 80% while increasing our test coverage to the levels we always aimed for. If you're looking to scale your QA automation without the associated headaches and overhead, I highly recommend QA Wolf.

Cons

Nothing really to add here. We have been working with them for several months and all of our interactions have been positive.

### "QA Wolf From the Eyes of a .NET Developer"

February 10, 2026

5.0

As a software developer with a preference for the frontend of things, I greatly appreciate QA Wolf's diligence in spotting new visual differences and pointing them out as potential issues, not yet opening a bug report until they have heard confirmation from one of us. We are in the midst of many large projects that greatly affect the trajectory of the company, so the speed at which they detect bugs in our current projects is an immense help.

Pros

The automation of our client-side test suite is what makes QA Wolf shine. They catch regressions before our users even have time to notice them! Their quick response times to all communication also stands out as a highly desired trait.

Cons

Bug reports sometimes remain open due to irrelevant flows not passing. This isn't a very common occurrence, but it does happen from time to time.

### "QA Wolf Found 30+ Bugs in Our Software and Freed Our Employees from doing End-to-End Testing"

February 10, 2026

5.0

Pros

QA Wolf found at least 30 hidden bugs within our insurance application management system that otherwise would have taken hundreds of hours to find. Plus, QA Wolf allowed our company to take the burden of testing off of our employees and allow them to do their actual job instead.

Cons

A handful of flows created by QA Wolf were sometimes not functioning correctly, but the team promptly addressed concerns and fixed the flows very quickly.

### "QA in a box"

June 20, 2024

5.0

Pros

QA Wolf did a great job of onboarding us and helping integrate what they do into our existing workflow. Our engineers love the fact that they can push to production knowing that there is a test suite looking for regression errors. I love that I do not have to manage QA Engineers since that is an entirely different discipline from the rest of the engineering work we do.

Cons

I honestly do not have anything to say against QA Wolf. This field should not be required.

### "QA Wolf levels up our automated product testing"

March 28, 2025

5.0

Absolutely fantastic - the team is wonderful, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Amazing communication from everyone I've met over there!

Pros

QA Wolf has enabled us to automatically run an exhaustive test suite to ensure the releases we build are really ready for the public, and that the changes don't introduce serious regressions. I love how it integrates with Asana and Slack so that we can get the most up to date results right into our workflows. The dashboard where I can monitor the number of tests passing or failing is super helpful. The QA Wolf team is so responsive, understands our business so well, and has really built tools that help us ensure a high product quality. We have great communication that ensures that when we make changes, our tests are maintained and updated promptly. I honestly don't think I could launch another product without using them from the get-go.

Cons

### "QA Wolf is a Strategic Partner in Overall System Quality"

December 6, 2024

5.0

QA Wolf has been a great strategic partner. I am excited to see our partnership grow.

Pros

QA Wolf offers essential resources that enable our organization and stakeholders to allocate internal efforts toward more strategic functions. This shift results in improved efficiency and quality throughout our systems, team, and processes. The team implements tests quickly and integration between our teams is strong. Their functions also integrate with a number of our tools. This makes it easy for feedback to be shared, frequently and reliably.

Cons

I have trouble sometimes when issues come up and I am working directly with their agents. Maybe it's a 2 way street, but our channel of communication could be clearer.

### "QA Wolf provides an excellent platform for automated testing needs"

July 27, 2024

5.0

Overall, the experience has been delightful and has saved our business hundreds of thousands of dollars in needing to build and manage hundreds of automated tests. The team is extremely capable and consistently collaborative over the two years we have worked with them.

Pros

QA Wolf spent the time upfront to understand our product and the needs of the business. They did a lot of work by themselves to independently explore the product and figure out what it does without much assistance with us, and came back to us with a test plan. Our product is particularly complex and not intuitive as it is designed for productivity in the mortgage origination space. Their team consistently understands and delivers on our asks without issue. Very rarely are any mistakes made, and the communication is very clear, which is critical when we depend on QA Wolf to ensure our product quality is at a high standard.

Cons

QA Wolf was a smaller company when we first started working with them and that presented a risk, but it was mitigated with the assurance that all test cases would be owned by us and we could export them at any time.

### "Indispensable partner in shipping quality software"

July 23, 2024

5.0

Pros

QA Wolf has been an invaluable addition to our development process, providing dedicated expertise in writing and maintaining end-to-end tests, as well as managing our testing infrastructure. One of the standout advantages is the freedom it grants our developers. With QA Wolf handling the testing aspect, our development team can focus entirely on delivering new features without the added burden of worrying about test creation or maintenance. The seamless collaboration with QA Wolf has been a highlight. Their presence on Slack and the ease with which we can communicate requests and task assignments directly within our conversations has streamlined our workflow. This frictionless interaction has significantly contributed to the efficiency of our testing processes. Moreover, the reassurance provided by QA Wolf's end-to-end testing before deploying changes to production cannot be overstated. Despite initial challenges in integrating their services into our CI/CD pipeline, the peace of mind gained from knowing that comprehensive tests are conducted prior to any deployment is incredibly valuable. The collaborative effort to address issues in this integration demonstrates QA Wolf's commitment to continually improving their services.

Cons

While QA Wolf has been instrumental in our testing processes, there have been occasional challenges that we've encountered. One notable issue has been the intermittent flakiness of some tests. Although this has been a point of concern, it's worth mentioning that QA Wolf has actively engaged with us to enhance the reliability of these tests. While work remains to minimize flakiness further, their responsiveness and collaboration in addressing these challenges have been commendable.

### "Automated QA Experience with QA Wolf"

August 26, 2024

5.0

My overall experience with QA Wolf has been excellent. Their team consistently handles coverage requests swiftly, and they are always available to make adjustments or answer any questions. The bug reporting process is streamlined and effective, enabling us to address any regressions quickly when rolling out new features.

Pros

QA Wolf's ability to run comprehensive automated tests and accurately report bugs has significantly improved our product development process. Their system ensures no regressions occur with new releases, which saves me considerable time and allows me to focus on quality assurance for new features and bug fixes.

Cons

### "Partnership in Pack Form"

July 23, 2024

5.0

Pros

QA Wolf has been an exceptional partner in elevating our quality assurance processes. Their ability to rapidly achieve and maintain a high level of automated test coverage has been transformative for our development workflow. The combination of their powerful testing platform and proactive service enables us to catch issues early, collaborate seamlessly as a team, and release with confidence. QA Wolf's commitment to continuous test maintenance and improvement ensures our quality keeps pace as our application evolves. The measurable gains in both the speed and reliability of our software delivery are a testament to the value QA Wolf provides. I highly recommend them to any organization looking to embed quality at the heart of their development process.

Cons

Relying on outsourced services can lead to less ownership and control compared to having testing fully in-house. This is not an issue with QA Wolf but the nature of outsourcing.

### "Peace of Mind"

August 14, 2024

5.0

QA Wolf has caught enough regression bugs in very odd areas that I have confidence that our regression tests are doing a great job ensuring changes going out to production are not breaking important features. We have used the tests recently to confirm major projects prior to release. This has lead to smoother, less buggy releases.

Pros

The extensive attention to detail in regards to testing. Each test is targeted and thorough. When problems are found, they are quickly assessed and a bug is reported with clear details on the issue.

Cons

There could be a better way to alert QA Wolf that a bug has been addressed and ready to be tested again. On a few occasions, completed bugs remained open in QA Wolf. Most of the root causes of this have already been fixed.

### "An absolute pleasure"

QA Wolf has given us freedom from manual testing. Manual testing was incredibly time-consuming and a source of great anxiety for any new change given our extensive list of customizable options. These frustrations and now a thing of the distant past.

Pros

They are very particular about their hires. Each team member is personable, professional and hardworking. This combination isn't easy to find with tech professionals but now I know it's because QA Wolf poached them all.

We've got nothing but positive things to say about QA wolf. I cannot recommend them enough.

Pros

QA wolf's value is unmatched in the market. The test coverage, quality of tests, and excellent team that run the operation have been pivotal for us. They take care of testing which leaves our engineers to focus on high priority work and keep the ball rolling. They have been so willing to integrate into our flow rather then having a rigid framework we need to fit our process into, too, which makes it all the better.

Great team, friendly, easy to work with, very professional. And the testing software is easy to use when I want to manually trigger runs.

Pros

The best thing about QA Wolf is the way they manage the test suites, sort out the results, and submit bug reports in real time. This saves our team hours per week of what we would spend manually testing and triaging release candidates.

### "Excellent Collaboration and Adaptability"

September 14, 2025

QAWolf have worked as collaborators with us on our test automation project. They were quick to understand the domaini and adapted quickly to our input on their first deliverables. They are also very flexible on the way we can provide requirements and feedback which makes it easy for us. They have provided value in the way that they have managed their role in the release test cycle.

Pros

They are very responsive to our needs both in communication and in deliverables. They spend time understanding our requirements and follow-up regulary on what's working and what needs improving. It's easy to communicate our requirements and updates with them as they are willing to take input in many modalities. They are quick to report issues that are found in testing and they collaborate actively in managing the bugs as well as test assets.

Cons

That's hard to say as they adapt quickly to any of our inputs. Whenver we come across an area of imrpovement we can share with them in our regular catch-up's and it gets address.
