Pros

Nothing.awful dashers who don't care about deliveries and just abandon orders. They don't hold anyone accountable.

Cons

Dashers abandon orders and you never get your delivery. Customer service is horrible. Supposed to deliver 2 hrs before and never came and then tried to go to a store after they closed to pick up the order. Ridiculous

The overall experience is positive, as DoorDash allows for access to a variety of foods and restaurants that previously could not be delivered. However, over time my use has diminished, as it is a very expensive way to access a meal.

Pros

The best feature of the DoorDash app is the ease at which you can order food for home (or work) delivery.

Cons

The least appealing thing about the DoorDash app is the high fees and additional costs associated with ordering food to be delivered.

Overall, I have enjoyed using Doordash to try food at local places that aren't available on other apps that are out there.

Pros

Doordash has helped alot in places where other apps have not. I've used it across different states and in different cities, it has given me access to different restaurants that were unavailable on more popular, mainstream apps.

Cons

At the moment, I honestly cannot think of any cons that are a reflection on the app. Usually any issues I've had were because the restaurant did not send my order correctly or did not see the order because only just started using the online ordering feature and were not used to using the system.

My overall experience with Door dash is pretty food, other than the customer service bad experience i've had..I honestly can't complain.

Pros

I love that door dash is quick and easy and that you can register for a door dash pass and you get perks!

Cons

My least favorite thing about door dash is the customer service, they act like they just don't care and are rude.

While the fees were high, Doordash is the most popular food delivery app in our area and did bring us a lot of business. It brought in new customers that otherwise wouldn't have tried us as well. The customer service when we did have issues was fantastic.

Pros

Doordash is easy to use for both the consumer and the business. Everything is laid out in an easy to follow way. The customer service is fast, responsive, and courteous. It integrated well on our website and was easy to set up.

Cons

The fees are high, forcing us to raise our prices and push that cost onto our customer. We tried to keep our prices affordable and someone who has only ordered through Doordash and not come into our restaurant would assume those are our regular prices, which may drive some customers away.

Grubhub is not as popular in the area as doordash and did not garner as many customers. Deliveries are also harder to coordinate and get out on time as there are not as many drivers.

Pros

I like the ease of being able to order food whenever we want and that it’s at our fingertips when we don’t have time to leave to go get it

Cons

Cons is that it’s more expensive than getting it ourselves. They have so much extra fees that make you want to just drive and get it

Pros

I like the amount of options with different pricing, also DashPass is nice. I like the real-time tracking of your dasher.

Cons

I don't like that everything is upcharged on DoorDash and I also don't like that they allow their dashers to pick up multiple orders at once, allowing yours to get cold.

Mixed waiting times for food deliveries. To be fair never really had problem with the food they delvier

Pros

I guess it is meant to be a one stop shop for whatever you want (mainly food) and to be fair the options are pretty much infinite.

Cons

The cost of using the service just seems to keep rising, and the pressure to tip big to attract drivers is becoming a huge problem.

Done with for dash. Will not order again. No communication by for dash when order unavailable. It's been fun, but bye.

Pros

Nothing. 2 out of 3 orders in a month have had half or more of the order canceled, without notification. Paid a tip based on more than double of the food i received. Tonight almost 30 dollars of my order canceled due to bring out of stock, yet for dash didn't call, was going to send me the rest of the order, 2 biscuits, for 10 dollars. If i hadn't paid extensive attention to my order status, not a common action, I'd be paying for nothing. The store seems to be attempting to contact dd to inform them as well. They say they are getting hung up on by dd.

Cons

No customer interaction if an order is unavailable or changes. 3 quarters of an order not available and for dash wants to charge 10 dollars for 2 biscuits
