The platform offers customization of your reservation page as well as an option to accept payments from customers via third-party payment gateways. Pros Zoho Bookings is an excellent online booking platform for businesses of all sizes. I have been using Zoho Bookings for my small business for several months, and it has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our appointment scheduling and customer booking process. It is extremely user-friendly, with an excellent intuitive interface and comprehensive features. It has helped us to easily manage our appointments online, set up automatic notifications for customers, and customize our booking forms. I've had 3 sessions with Customer Support, but even they admit that the suggestion I make to them for improvement fall on deaf ears when submitted to the programmers. Come on guys! This, like many other Zoho program modules is so close to being great! But it seems to be far from it!!! Pros Just to have a Booking Program that will somewhat function with Zoho CRM (which must get all of the R&D Money) is a plus. Cons It's great that there is some syncing between Bookings and CRM, but it is lacking in so many ways. Sync only works from the CRM to Bookings. I can't find a single way to book something in Bookings and have it fully sync with the CRM. It is a hot mess that needs so much work to be brilliant. Review Source JS Jo S. There are things they could do to make it easier for the end user, but you can come up with workarounds. Pros Easy to integrate with all the other Zoho apps, especially online meetings and CRM.Great for teams as you can set different times for different consultants etc. Cons Can't set an order the different appointment types appear.The website widget could be better, but a minor detail.Doesn't bring attention to the end user which consultant the appointment is being made with. Pros Es ist im Paket bei Zoho One sehr günstig integriert und in Verbindung mit dem Zoho CRM schnell verbunden Cons Usabilitiy ist mangelhaft, Individualisierung ist sehr umständlich, wie auch die ganzen Mails anzupassen ist extrem anstrengend, da Zoho seine Werbung an jeder noch so kleinen Ecke präsentieren möchte. I have hundreds of emails and follow ups tring to fix the deficiencies and problems with their product. I have invested so much with them but I am trying to find an alternative now as the cost and frustration is not worth it. It is a genuinely terrible product. Pros The concept. The concept is amazing but it rarely works and when it doesn't work you spend hour trying to sort the problem and then the help desk finally get involved and the screen share and have you do exactly what you have done and then tell you it's a back end problem and tell you it will be sorted in 12 to 25 hours and 3 days later after many follow ups it works.... But then another problem exists since the changes. Cons The fact it doesn't actually work. 2 hours ago I had a paid booking and received the email but the booking has not 2 hours later shown in my calendar. Last week I had an appointment in my Calendar that had been there for a month and bookings allowed someone to book a meeting over the allotted booked time. The platform is user friendly and very easy to book and manage your meetings. No training required at all. Pros Zoho Bookings is easy to use tool for your meetings. The interface is user friendly and customizable and can be easiliy integrated with other Zoho Products. Its quite easy to manage appointments, meetings, etc. You can simply share the link with the client and they can select the slot and duration as per predefined schedule set by you. Cons I personally don't find any down factor about Zoho Bookings.
