I have been so confident about my Logistics department since I started using Cargoson software. Firstly the customer support team have been so helpful and made the app Easy to use also very easy. It's also very easy for Learning or learner, it have brought less Bugs and issues to my logistics team and Management order team also, Also must of my staff Management and team have been of high quality We have also have high level of inventory management team

My overall experience with Cargoson has been excellent. It is a reliable, well-designed platform that simplifies logistics, reduces costs, and saves valuable time. Cargoson has become an essential part of my daily workflow, and I would not want to manage shipments without it anymore.

Pros

I am extremely satisfied with Cargoson. It has helped me save a significant amount of money and time. The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. I simply enter my shipment details and immediately get a clear comparison of different transport options and prices. Without Cargoson, it would be impossible for me to manage and compare all these rates efficiently. Over time, I have saved thousands of euros thanks to this platform. Another major advantage is the automatic notifications sent to customers via the Cargoson system, which improves transparency and makes the entire logistics process much more professional.

Cons

So far, I have not experienced any real drawbacks. Cargoson has fully met my expectations and works exactly as I need it to in my daily operations.

However, when using Cargoson, even these smaller carriers can manually update milestones, truck numbers, or delivery statuses directly into the system for their customer. This way, they become comparable with larger carriers who have automated tracking systems, providing more visibility and control over shipments. If these times don’t align with reality, this is something to address with your carrier partner. It makes work much easier since it gathers all of our transportation partners' delivery options into one place. You can easily see the cheapest option, which saves the company a lot of money.

I don't really have any negatives. Whenever we encountered any problem with the integration, the Cargoson team responded fast and we could solve any technical difficulties.
