fantastic! I feel very prepared in my new role thanks to FriedmanU.

Pros

This program is very easy to follow along to. It is well balanced between informational paragraphs, and short video examples. If paired with active note taking, this hits all major, different learning methods. From knowing nothing about being a sales professional, to taking these courses, I feel very prepared and ready to hit the sales floor.

Cons

Time is money, however every second spent on FriedmanU is worth it. The programs took me a little longer than the advertised time it would take.

It has been ok to maintain but not easy when it comes to course, response times, etc as mentioned above.

Pros

That courses and tracking of completion is all under one program.

Cons

Not the simplest to download a new course or even update the program without having to connect with support and time difference and response is delayed. Lots of "unknown" issues where support will need to take a look but no explanation as to why things happen, to prevent or how to troubleshoot on your own. Setting up course or understanding the program is not intuitive. The new courses that are part of Friedman's does not seem aligned with current times, referring to salespeople as he, him, etc some even still translated in Spanish vs English, the feedback was provided to our account rep.

As I mentioned above, our company has been working with Friedman for over 15 years. Not only is our Rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], the best partner, but the Friedman trainers are top-notch. We have participated in live training events as well as use their online platform daily. It is easy to use with great reporting information. I highly requested to any organization that is looking to level up their salesmanship.

Cons

There is nothing I can think of at this time.

It really shifted the way I think about selling and connecting with customers. I realized how important it is to stay engaged and proactive, while also building trust with clients. The tools I’ve gained have not only boosted my sales and confidence, but they’ve also helped me develop stronger, more lasting relationships. I now feel more prepared to close deals and keep customers happy.

Pros

I really liked that I could start using the tools right away. I didn’t have to wait for some big “AHA!” moment at the end. They were practical and useful from the very beginning.

Cons

Some of the lessons seemed slightly repetitive

although there are excellent resources there does not seem to be a lot of new updates after your initial sign up.

For the most part it's positive. Coming back to the breakdown of each step in the selling process. Just wish the UI was better

Pros

The in-depth analysis of each step in the selling process helps narrow down what I need to foucs on to improve my sales

Cons

The app doesn't work on either IOS or Android. The web portal is janky too. QoL improvements like that would be nice.

It is very good at giving examples of what to say and what to avoid. I like that each section ties into the others.

There are typos in the printed support documents.

It was a good course and I feel like I learned a lot. Friedman U specifically has good user interface and is easy to navigate and understand.

Pros

I liked the example videos demonstrating sales techniques.

Cons

Sometimes the quizzes didn't feel fair sometimes, and I dislike questions that are along the lines of selecting "every correct answer" instead of a set multiple choice. Especially when some feel like trick questions. Also, sometimes the course would say I did not fully complete a course when I had, I think it is some sort of glitch with the site.

Nos ha sido muy útil, hemos resuelto varios problemas a través de la plataforma, la atención del techcoach es buena.

Pros

El módulo de comunicación (banners y demás) es un gran plus, además de la biblioteca, reconocimiento y proyectos. Sin dejar de fuera las ventajas de aplicar la tienda virtual.

Cons

No es intuitivo, sobre todo para el usuario final. Es limitada en obtención de métricas. En experiencia móvil. y en UX.

En general es una plataforma completa que ha facilitado mi labor como administradora de LMS logrando ofrecer a mis colaboradores una estrategia de Elearning útil y enriquecedora.

Pros

El catálogo de cursos y las constantes actualizaciones en el look & feel de la plataforma así como en las funciones para facilitar la administración del aprendizaje.

Cons

Considero que el tema de las matriculaciones automáticas es complicada ya que si un curso tiene un error en su configuración, este afecta a la matriculación de otros cursos.

Al principio por ser algo nuevo y novedoso se me complico el crear los cursos ahí pero conforme a la practica y la buena asistencia técnica de mi Teach Coach todo ha sido fácil, y muy intuitivo. Jamás me han desamparado en cuanto dudas técnicas y me gustan mucho las reuniones que tenemos los administradores ya que ahí podemos sacar ideas novedosas que otras empresas están implementados para sus cursos o cualquier otra actividad.

Pros

La plataformas es muy amigable e intuitiva, fácil de usar. Se adapta a tus necesidades y crea formas diferentes y creativas de organizar cursos o concursos.

Cons

Considero que los reportes que brinda la plataforma, no es tanto el como sacarlos si no el como nos los da.

Pros

Es una plataforma muy estable, con muchas funcionalidades, además de que los techcoach atienden tus dudas y solicitudes de una manera rápida y con excelente atención.

Cons

Muchos procesos son manuales, falta automatizar procesos como la inscripción por perfiles. Mejorar los reportes.

Es un equipo preparado que esta siempre apoyando a las dudas que se puedan presentar en el uso de la plataforma.

Pros

La plataforma tiene una interfaz muy intuitiva para el usuario. Me gusta que tiene elementos para añadir actividades. En mi caso lo que mas utilizó es el apartado de cursos y comunicados.

Cons

Pienso que si tuviera ideas de actividades que puedan sumar o complementar los cursos seria maravilloso.

Es una herramienta eficiente para mantener contenidos actualizados que sigan desarrollando aprendizajes y competencias, en el mundo de las ventas y retail a la formación de asesores de ventas

Cons

Únicamente la función del administrador tiene algunos procesos donde debe seguirse actualizando, lo que aveces podría ser complicado como al subir los cursos o algún proceso de forma masiva. Para los usuarios es muy sencilla herramienta, únicamente es encontrar la forma de hacerlo atractivo para su desarrollo

Muy buena a nivel general, me parece atractiva la navegación, aunque siento que los cursos no resaltan como deberían.

Pros

La amigabilidad de la plataforma es buena, facil de entender par apoder interactuar ain conocer por completo.

Cons

Es un poco confuso el inicio de los cursos, cuesta un poco de trabajo al principio iniciar el curso y seguir el progreso.

Amazing training to increase sales. There is no other company we’ve found that as effectively explains the hows and whys of selling. We’ve been in business for over 50 years and this company is truly an asset to any retail business.

Pros

The aspects I like most about FriedmanU are the preciseness of steps and examples.

Cons

Sometimes the quizzes at the end are worded funny and hard to answer because of that. I saw this myself but our associates also told me.

It was a great experience, I learned a lot about sales and interacting with customers and how to draw them into a sale versus pushing them out.

Pros

It has truly helped me to interact more with customers and make more sells and learn how to approach people!

Cons

I'm not a big fan of test taking so taking the test wasnt my favorite but in the end it benefited me.
