It was a great experience, I learned a lot about sales and interacting with customers and how to draw them into a sale versus pushing them out.

Pros

It has truly helped me to interact more with customers and make more sells and learn how to approach people!

Cons

I'm not a big fan of test taking so taking the test wasnt my favorite but in the end it benefited me.

Muy buena a nivel general, me parece atractiva la navegación, aunque siento que los cursos no resaltan como deberían.

Pros

La amigabilidad de la plataforma es buena, facil de entender par apoder interactuar ain conocer por completo.

Cons

Es un poco confuso el inicio de los cursos, cuesta un poco de trabajo al principio iniciar el curso y seguir el progreso.

It really shifted the way I think about selling and connecting with customers. I realized how important it is to stay engaged and proactive, while also building trust with clients. The tools I’ve gained have not only boosted my sales and confidence, but they’ve also helped me develop stronger, more lasting relationships. I now feel more prepared to close deals and keep customers happy.

Pros

I really liked that I could start using the tools right away. I didn’t have to wait for some big “AHA!” moment at the end. They were practical and useful from the very beginning.

Cons

Some of the lessons seemed slightly repetitive

fantastic! I feel very prepared in my new role thanks to FriedmanU.

Pros

This program is very easy to follow along to. It is well balanced between informational paragraphs, and short video examples. If paired with active note taking, this hits all major, different learning methods. From knowing nothing about being a sales professional, to taking these courses, I feel very prepared and ready to hit the sales floor.

Cons

Time is money, however every second spent on FriedmanU is worth it. The programs took me a little longer than the advertised time it would take.

It is very good at giving examples of what to say and what to avoid. I like that each section ties into the others.

There are typos in the printed support documents.

It was a good course and I feel like I learned a lot. Friedman U specifically has good user interface and is easy to navigate and understand.

Pros

I liked the example videos demonstrating sales techniques.

Cons

Sometimes the quizzes didn't feel fair sometimes, and I dislike questions that are along the lines of selecting "every correct answer" instead of a set multiple choice. Especially when some feel like trick questions. Also, sometimes the course would say I did not fully complete a course when I had, I think it is some sort of glitch with the site.
