The lack of communication regarding account changes is a dealbreaker. Waking up to find my in-store marketing replaced by 'License Expired' graphics—with no prior warning email—cost me time and money. The software works, but the support and management do not. Pros It effectively displays images on a screen when the license is active, and the dashboard is accessible via a standard web browser. Cons If you are a business owner relying on digital signage for your menus or promotions, do not trust this company. ​I used PosterBooking because of their advertised free plan. Recently, without any prior email notification or warning, they changed their pricing policy and instantly cut off service. ​Instead of a grace period or a professional notification, they displayed a bright red 'License Expired' graphic over my digital menus in the middle of peak business hours. I was effectively held hostage and forced to scramble to fix my displays while customers were in the store. ​It is acceptable for a company to change their pricing model; it is unacceptable to vandalize a client's screens during operating hours without notice. This demonstrated a complete lack of regard for my business operations. I have since switched to a more professional provider. Proceed with caution. When PosterBooking disabled my live screens during operating hours without prior notice, they proved to be a liability. Pros Is very easy to add TVs and to deploy slides. We use Amazon Fire Sticks in TVs and it was so simple to setup. Cons Very unhappy that they state everywhere that there is a free account. At no point apart from a very small section in the terms and conditions do they actually say that the free account is only for a short while. Once the time ends you have to pay a monthly fee or delete your account. It is very poor that they lie to you, making you believe there is a free account, even though there is no free account. All they are offing is a free trial.
