Overall it has 100% met the needs for my client in a scenario where all they really need is a VM server in the cloud to connect to and run some applications. Support is good, price is good, so it's been a positive experience.

Pros

It's easy and quick to stand up infrastructure at a very reasonable cost. The interface for the admini portal is intuitive and support is very quick to respond to inquiries.

Cons

It is somewhat limited in services offered if you compare with the bigger cloud providers such as MS or AWS. It's more geared toward standing up VMs, cloud servers, vs. cloud elasticity and cloud application architecture.

It's nice that they respond quickly when needed and have low latency for accessing the cloud.

Pros

good prices, easy to use, increasing level of services ans several zones to chose

Cons

There may be some serverless services missing and there could be an MSP console to manage different customers in the same tenant.

Overall, a good experience. It would be nice to receive some credits from your side; after all, we've been using Vultr for several years but have never received any credits.

Pros

There are many server locations available, but I really miss having an option like Switzerland—it would be fantastic. For this reason, we're forced to use other service providers.

Cons

Maintenance on the servers causes issues for me because my services go down. I would consider dedicated servers, but the costs are too high.

Practical, fast, and easy to implement. Dedicated servers are too expensive, but they are reliable and of good quality.

Overall vultr have a great product range and the pricing is very good! The biggest issue is their support, it's pretty average. Ther was a pretty big outage with a product which led to me needing to move one of my resources to another provider but all vultr would do is offer a credit in my account. I really think a refund would have been the right thing to do here

The product range and price of the products is quite good.

The support is pretty poor, luckily the product is pretty solid

I've been a Vultr customer for more than 2 years. They are more flexible than some other providers regarding custom ISOs, and our experience running services on Vultr instances has been top notch with no downtime and great support.

Pros

Responsive, professional service with top-notch uptime, great flexibility, and all of this at reasonable prices.

Cons

So far, after two years of service, nothing.

I am really happy with vultr and I don't have much of a complain about this service.

Pros

I have used few other VPS services, but I liked Vultr for it's simplicity and cost.

Cons

Licensing admin panels like Plesk, I think you can make your own free panel like hostinger's hPanel.

I have started my business using Vultr as amazon was too complicated to use with too many options that I didn’t need. I crossed Vultr platform and it was exactly what I needed.

Pros

The simplicity combined to the most powerful server for the best price.

Cons

I have been using Vultr services for over 3 years. I have never needed to open a ticket, everything works perfectly. No errors, no crashes or instability. Competitive prices and a control panel that gives me everything I need to develop my projects.

Its a good company and they have really good prices and i insist, i really like that they are really comprehensive with little business that need some more time to pay and i think that not a lot of companies have this facility

Pros

They are very understanding with little business and give them good additional time ranges to pay, also the infraestructure the 90% of times its pretty much reliable.

Cons

Their object storage its really bad in my opinion, one time i had a downtime of it for about a month and they even lost some data of their servers. Further than that, no other problem has arrived.

Ok. Better support would make it good or excellent.

Pros

Very easy to create instances. Very good pricing.

Cons

Hardware issues seem to occur often. Twice within two months. One hardware issue caused block storage to corrupt and a site to go down. When asking help from support they said it was up to me to fix the problem. They pointed to resources which was helpful but only after I spent hours isolating the problem, trying to fix it unsuccessfully and reaching out to support again did they do something which fixed it within 5-10 minutes. When there are issues not caused by any fault on the customers end, Vultr needs to do more to help the customer. Support staff should take more initiative to help resolve the problem.

Pros

Vultr is an extremely simple service to use. I have used it multiple times for both high-intensity and low-intensity applications, and it has always done the job well. The pricing plans and scalability of the platform are amazing, and the easy configuration of your server simplifies the entire process. I will continue to use Vultr whenever I have any hosting needs.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints about Vultr or its services. I have been using its services for years and have yet to encounter any issues that weren't user-error.

Pros

You can create any server of your choice at any moment quickly for your customers or just to test and destroy. It is also cheaper than any other platform - Before knowing vultr, I would purchase a shared server and today I just create a server for my customers and the price and the performance are way better than a shared. It is also super easy to manage.

A revelation! I payed a lot more for a lot less convenient.

Pros

\- Not expensive - Always up - Quick OS deployments (all OS) - Easy to upgrade/downgrade - MANY countries available - Clean dashboard - I would like to add "excellent support", but since I never had to contact them...

Cons

Full root control. As easy as a local compter to manage.

I love how everything is design for easy deployment.

Pros

Ease to deply and use. When I have needed to grow it is just a couple of clicks away. No hidden fees, everything very straight forward.

Cons

support is not for entry level user. I have had trouble since I am not a ver network experienced user.

So bad. I'm not kidding. They have shut down my website now on multiple occasions. They are telling me they will destroy my website in 48 hours. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. They are threating all this because hackers are tying to get access. If you own a WordPress site you know that hackers are constantly trying to break into your site, its completely un unavoidable.

Pros

Nothing. Vultr has been nothing but problems

Cons

Incredibly poor customer service and very poor user experience
