DecisionVault is an intake portal solution for estate planning attorneys. The client works through the questionnaire at their own pace, entering information about themselves, their children, and other relatives, answering additional questions and filling in the inventory of assets. It has changed our process so much and has made it much easier to collect important information from the clients. Pros It is amazing. I love how the clients have to input all the information themselves. Before, I was entering information into our system myself. Cons There are a few fields that I wish could be changed/added in the questionnaire. Almost everything is customizable, but the fixed fields are not. Alternatives considered [Clio](https://www.capterra.com/p/105428/Clio/) Reasons for choosing DecisionVault DecisionVault offered more of the things we really needed. Client intake was the biggest seller for us, and the fact that clients can continuously go back to the questionnaire and edit. A lot of other programs did not have this feature. The platform provides a wide range of tools that have drastically streamlined my process and increased the effectiveness of my team. We no longer have to waste time searching through numerous files and emails because we can now save, organize, and search for documents in a single place. Our productivity has been further increased by the integration with other products and systems we utilize. I feel secure knowing that our information is well-protected because to the impressive security precautions DecisionVault has put in place to safeguard our sensitive data. Even less tech-savvy team members may easily view and share documents because to the user-friendly interface and simple navigation. Pros I have had a wonderful time with DecisionVault. The extensive document management features of DecisionVault are the aspect I enjoyed the best. The platform offers a consolidated and structured method for managing, accessing, and saving all of my critical data and papers. I can upload, categorize, and search for documents using DecisionVault with ease, which makes it tremendously simple for me to find the data I require at any given time. Additionally, the platform provides strong version control, guaranteeing that I can properly track and manage document revisions. Furthermore, DecisionVault offers secure access controls that let me assign access rights and limit them based on user responsibilities to particular files or folders. I feel at ease knowing that my sensitive documents are secure with this degree of control and protection. Cons Although I have had a largely excellent experience with DecisionVault, there is one component that I didn't find as enticing. Although it is functional, the user interface might utilize a more up-to-date and attractive design. Although the platform offers a wide range of features and functionalities, the general interface design could be more aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. It might be made easier for users to navigate through the many parts and options, which can occasionally feel a little clumsy. Nevertheless, despite this tiny flaw, DecisionVault's document management features are practical and functional, making it a useful tool for efficiently organizing and accessing my information.
