Dashboard has the info I need including ability to see what's playing on device in real time. Reuse capabilities reduce the amount of overhead needed to maintain content. Pros It was easy to set up, it is easy to update my playlists, it has an app so I can use it on the go. The cost is super low for everything I get. I also like that I can use either images or videos or a combination of both on my screens. Cons I don't like the constant emails telling me my screens are down and that may be because it is a setting I haven't found. My screens of course are down during the hours we are closed. I like how Yodeck does not stress the 'extra features' I'm not using. Thing like embedded weather reports are not valuable for money for our business. I also like the exact right amount of settings and options. Not overwhelming but there when i need them, such as the 180 degree flipping of media. Cons Sometimes I think I've pushed something to the screen but then there's a setting somewhere I must have missed and it doesn not update. But I always get it after a couple of minutes. Non ho ancora provato l'assistenza clienti, ma il bot ai che hanno implementato è mirato e ha risposto a tutti i miei dubbi sia commerciali che tecnici tramite messaggio. Lo uso e userò con raspberry pi, un dispositivo economico che non è molto ben visto dai puristi del signage, ma che io sto testando con ottimi risultati. Everything has been fun to work with and easy to use. Pros We use these for communication throughout all locations and they have been a great addition. It is easy to keep everyone on the same page, with this tool. They are easy to use as well as well as fun to use! You can upload videos and so much more. Cons I have had some connection problems that ultimately ended up being a network connection issue on my end. I’ve used Xibo before, and honestly, this is a whole different level Cons The only thing that I don't like is having to hit “Push to screens” a few times sometimes before the content actually updates on the screens. January 11, 2025 5.0 I was sold on Yodeck pretty quickly with having the solution I was looking for and making appear intuitive and straightforward. I tested it out on the free web screen version and then pulled the trigger to get the Yodeck players. The pre-configured devices are literally plug 'n play. Jumping into the interface was seamless and so far am enjoying the product and platform. Pros I love being able to access and manage our digital signage content remotely. I oversee two separate locations for our business and it's so nice to be able to change content on the fly without having to physically go to each and plug in a USB flash drive the old fashioned way. I also really like the layouts feature and being able to have widgets like a clock, weather forecast, and more fixed on the screen while my main content loops. Cons So far there's not too much to not like. I will say I have run into a couple issues with certain apps that integrate with Yodeck. For example, the Google slides app was not cooperating for some reason. I feel like the news apps having a smaller ticker bar format option would be cool... but these are minor. I was tasked with finding a simple, inexpensive solution for a lobby TV presentation. I uploaded some web content, pdfs, photos, and created layouts. I had my doubts, but it works great! I have had so many compliments on the presentation on the TVs. We were so happy with the results, that we ordered 2 more players for our other TVs. I tried a few other digital signage tools but they were all either too expensive or didn't work with what I had. Yodeck is easy to use and very intuitive. The only issue I had with it was resolved immediately by the support team when I entered a ticket in. I was able to get my issue resolved within the same day I asked for help. Pros Yodeck worked with the equipment I already had on hand. It's very easy to set up and extremely customizable. Cons The layout editor needs a little work. Media doesn't fit well on TVs with any of the fit/crop options and no way to preview it without exiting the tool entirely.
