Mi piace molto l'editor per creare schermate, incluso fin dalla versione di base e apprezzo la disponibilità di applicazioni di terze parti, facilmente integrabili (immagino che ce ne saranno sempre di più). La funzione playlist è di facile utilizzo anche per coloro che non abbiano esperienza nel montaggio di video e filmati e la possibilità di generare rapidi preview, consente di verificare subito l'output generato. Molto interessanti e utili le funzioni calendario, per pianificare la pubblicazione dei contenuti, come pure quelle relative agli orari di diffusione, che consentono di spegnere i dispositivi quando non in uso. Molto chiara la dashboard, che in una sola schermata riassume la situazione dei monitor attivi e la loro localizzazione geografica. I dati nel cloud sono immagazzinati in Europa e questo è un altro fattore importante. Infine, trovo estremamente interessante il rapporto prezzo/prestazione (secondo me uno dei migliori sul mercato) e molto buono il supporto e la reattività dei consulenti sales. Pros I’m really impressed with Digital Signage! I’m completely new to creating digital signage, but I was able to get a full display up and running for our condo building in no time. Yodeck makes it super easy to use multiple players and show just about anything—images, videos, audio, documents, web pages, and even live calendar feeds with an ICS link. In just a short time, I set up a live calendar with upcoming events, a weather feed with radar, a tide chart, and individual screens with important info like our board of directors, office hours, and who to contact after hours. I even tested out video, and it worked perfectly. The platform is simple, flexible, and packed with features. Honestly, I’m amazed at how quickly I was able to pull together something that looks so polished and professional. Yodeck really delivers! I used man systems before and I am amazed at how streamlined and user friendly that have made everything. It is really an outstanding piece of software. Pros The ease of use and the fact that they give you one screen for use absolutely FREE, indefinitely. The user interface is welcoming and easy to navigate. There is a wide breadth of design and customisations possibilities. Best of all there a lots of integrations to help easily interact with other programs to produce what you want. Cons It's not possible to speak with someone that can help if there is a problem or question. Although this something liked least, it does not mean that there is not support available, because there is, just not easily in the way of a telephone conversation. Reason for choosing Yodeck the software was awful, very restrictive and badly designed. I sent the screen back and didnt sign up with them because it was so bad. The design preview didnt match the output for starters. Fonts and positions were different. Once done I uploaded photos and adverts I wanted to display to my screen. I had seasonal displays that expired after specific dates as well as permanent displays that would scroll through a slideshow. It's worked as expected with no major issues and I have been happy with the software. Pros I am in charge of marketing for a local restaurant, including website development, menu design, posters, and anything else that can be used to sell the business. The TV screens used to showcase sports were largely unused during food service so I looked for a system to display adverts and signage to promote certain products. Since I had a spare Raspberry Pi in my house it, seemed to be eactly what we were looking for. We use it to display special menus, seasonal menus, QR codes for online ordering and digital menus, and adverts for promoted dishes. It has worked flawlessly so far, with customers asking what system we use. The ability to modify the screens from home and add new media without visiting the building is fantastic, and so far have had a 100% uptime. There are a range of apps that are built in, although I am yet to try them as the basic features are fatastic. Cons I had some problems with initital setup. The Raspberry Pi seemed to have trouble booting, and had no display. I also had trouble getting SSH access, although after a couple days plugged in I visited the restaurant and the screens had started working. No idea why I had trouble but there's not many reasons to dislike the software as it worked exactly as I wanted. Pros We manage digital signage across multiple remote locations throughout the U.S., and has made that process simple and consistent. Setup has been straightforward and quick, even for teams with limited tech experience. The interface is clean and easy to use. We’re able to schedule content, push updates remotely, and keep messaging aligned across all sites without having someone physically present. That’s been a game changer. Almost too good to be true for the price. Cons The only downside so far has been occasional syncing delays on a few screens when internet connections are spotty but that’s more of a local network issue than a issue. Non ho ancora provato l'assistenza clienti, ma il bot ai che hanno implementato è mirato e ha risposto a tutti i miei dubbi sia commerciali che tecnici tramite messaggio. Lo uso e userò con raspberry pi, un dispositivo economico che non è molto ben visto dai puristi del signage, ma che io sto testando con ottimi risultati. Yes, the power on and off is not foolproof but this is not 's fault but rather the TV vendor. 90% of our TVs it works fine on one the schedule and power on and off doesn't. TVs also lose power which resets their internal clocks which causes issues.
