October 18, 2025 5.0 I have found Yodeck very simple to use and it has some really great features. I'm setting up a new business to target small businesses to aid with their digital marketing. Pros Ease of installation, good pricing strategy. Implementation was very straight forward and online documentation is excellent. Vast number of features included "out-of-the-box" Cons Nothing negative has cropped up yet so really difficult for me to comment on this. After some research it was a two horse race and Yodeck came out on top for value for money. Pros Yodeck provides everything we need to keep our screens up to date. I really like that there are so many online resources to help you work the interface. That said its easy to use. There customer support is good when you have a question so that is reassuring. I find it good value for money. Cons I have yet to find a con. Its genuinely a struggle to get to the 100 character limit on this question. We lacked consistency in communication across locations. Some screens weren’t updated regularly, others had outdated messaging, and we had no way to verify what was actually being shown. Now we can see from our Yodeck dashboard exactly what is on each screen across our locations. Pros We manage digital signage across multiple remote locations throughout the U.S., and Yodeck has made that process simple and consistent. Setup has been straightforward and quick, even for teams with limited tech experience. The interface is clean and easy to use. We’re able to schedule content, push updates remotely, and keep messaging aligned across all sites without having someone physically present. That’s been a game changer. Almost too good to be true for the price. Cons The only downside so far has been occasional syncing delays on a few screens when internet connections are spotty but that’s more of a local network issue than a Yodeck issue. I havent tried every function, because i haven’t feel the need to use them. i have no comments for the costumer support because i haven’t talk to them but their setup guide its very friendly and easy to understand. Running 24/7 self-service music studios across multiple locations means we can't always have staff on-site, but Yodeck lets us update content, schedules, and important information from anywhere. The playlist functionality has been perfect for showcasing our member spotlights, upcoming events, and membership packages. The ease of use is outstanding - even our less tech-savvy team members picked it up quickly. Setting up new displays as we've expanded has been plug-and-play simple. That way, we can make daily changes live without needing to re-upload any media. Pros YoDeck has great scheduling capabilities, including timed slides. Creating playlists is really easy, and you can simply drag and drop media when you want to. I am able to upload files, add them to playlists and push to screens in store from a remote location. Cons Could not manually download playlists to screen. There were some type of network issues when pushing playlists. While the screens did have internet access, the playlist could not be pushed. Yes, the power on and off is not foolproof but this is not Yodeck's fault but rather the TV vendor. 90% of our TVs it works fine on one the schedule and power on and off doesn't. TVs also lose power which resets their internal clocks which causes issues. About 5 years ago we started with Yodeck and we started with one screen. One screen was free and so we had the ability to test the platform and see how it worked and felt. The platform works great and it has a lot of features such as that you can see the screens from the platform instead of having to walk to every screen. Also the installation is easy to do and you only have to do that once and it keeps working all the time. No freezing or anything, it's very stable. Pros The fact that they're developing their their services continously. Also that you have the ability to start for free with only one screen. Cons That everything comes with a price. If I had to say anything it would be the initial setup but that's only because for many it may be an unfamiliar environment however they have incredible step by step instructions.
